**What do you like best about LexisNexis Claims Discovery?**

Very easy to look customers and clients up as needed and provided the correct information. They need more of this system use for others.

**What do you dislike about LexisNexis Claims Discovery?**

I didn't dislike anything about this program; I never had any issues with this program. I haven't come across many issues to exactly say this is a dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis Claims Discovery:**

Review the LexisNexis Claim Discovery as it is an excellent tool for all.

**What problems is LexisNexis Claims Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could locate the unknown customers and locate information that you can't find with other programs. The software was easy to use once you understood it and used it.
