Designed by recruiters for recruiters, and that definitely makes a huge difference, they know what we need and it's much better than similar tools.

Great integrations with Linked in recruiter, ability to find more informations (mail address, phone numbers) while having as well access to a large data base.

Big impact on sourcing strategies and brings much more response (up to 96% for us).

Platform that constantly gets better, IA features that are very interesting as well.

Easy to parameter and to use, analytics are interesting.

What do you like best about Leonar?

Leonar allows us to scale our sourcing without losing quality. Intelligent automation and personalization have increased our response rate to over 60%. Perfect for our scale-up environment where we need to recruit quickly and efficiently.

Getting to grips with the advanced features takes a bit of time at first, but the support and guidance are excellent.

It is its constant evolution and addition of relevant features in our recruiting profession. A tool combining AI but also advanced functions for expert sourcers, not to mention its effective automation and semi-automation campaigns.
