The pricing is competitive, the onboarding is very quick, and the whole package offers numerous automation and integration solutions. I was also pleasantly surprised by the search tool, which I did not expect to be one of the main strengths of an all-in-one product. **What do you dislike about Leonar?** The CRM might be the part that still requires some minor improvements. **What problems is Leonar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Léonar allows for addressing multiple needs within the same environment. I was also looking for a really solid tool in terms of UX/UI, and this is indeed the case (which is quite rare for a French tool). The automations are simple to implement and easy to handle. ### 2. Great integrations with Linked in recruiter, ability to find more informations (mail address, phone numbers) while having as well access to a large data base. Big impact on sourcing strategies and brings much more response (up to 96% for us). Platform that constantly gets better, IA features that are very interesting as well. Easy to parameter and to use, analytics are interesting. Great reactivity when there is anything that we need assistance on. **What do you dislike about Leonar?** I don't see anything, honestly it's the best. **What problems is Leonar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduce time to hire. Enables us to reach for candidates we wouldn't be able to reach without. Makes us gain time, no need to manually follow up. Gives us access to candidates we wouldn't be able to with their database. ### 3. LinkedIn automation ++ very few tools provide as much automation in messaging as LeonarCRM (And I benchmarked almost the entire market before choosing this one) 👍 **What do you dislike about Leonar?** Getting to grips with the advanced features takes a bit of time at first, but the support and guidance are excellent. There are a few small bugs from time to time on the interface, but they improve it very regularly and take feedback and work on it. **What problems is Leonar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leonar solves our scaling challenge: managing more candidates while maintaining a personalized approach. Beyond the tool, it is also the availability in terms of after-sales service and the attentiveness to bring improvements. **What do you dislike about Leonar?** I think it remains a tool that should not be placed in the hands of all recruiters; one needs to have an advanced technical sourcing side to understand the logic of Leonar's.
