Being one of the first users of Lender and seeing the product evolve to meet more and more of our needs has been a breath of fresh air. Finally there is mortgage tech that unifies the process into a single system that works around workflows and streamlines the process. We are able to do 30% - 40% more with the same staff as a result all while creating a far better customer experience than anything we've used in the past. **What do you dislike about Lender?** Wish they had direct integrations with third party lenders. **What problems is Lender solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a single system that handles everything from sales management thorugh the CRM, to customer engagement through their own POS to creating a Realtor experience through their Realtor portal and ultimately managing the entire loan life-cycle through the LOS.
