**What do you like best about Leena AI Autonomous Agent?**

It's practical in real enterprise workflows which actually reduces the operational workload. it connects with workday, okta, hubspot and salesforce which was helpful for us. It was very intuitive and simple to use and navigate. The value was directly measurable as ticket deflection, headcount churn and the pressure and many more. The latency was decent enough and could handle the retries easily. Onboarding was easy as it can get. It just didn't stop at answering questions, it could take on the tasks like picking tickets and updating the HRMS systems easily.

**What do you dislike about Leena AI Autonomous Agent?**

It felt like it could have give a better deeper customization in experience and lacked few features which were required for our use cases. For the customization were we wanted to tweak few things, the cycles were bit lengthy.

At Customer Zero, we were looking to replace tools like Workato and similar products by introducing a more intelligent automation layer. The goal was to move beyond static integrations and build a system that could understand user intent and trigger workflows across multiple systems automatically.

This acted as a decision-making and orchestration layer on top of existing integrations, rather than just moving data between systems.

Customer Support - The team that has been working with us for the Bot launch was extremely supportive and available whenever we needed a hand on the project. The only barrier I found here was the language since I work in a predominantly Spanish speaking company and Leena doesn't have a spanish support option which might be difficult for some members of the team to lead interactions.
Number of Features - I think Leena has a wide range of tools that can be useful for users to interact

Ease of Use & Ease of Implementation - I wasn't working with the team since the first interaction of Leena and my company to know if there was a training or manual shared but since I started working with the tool, I don't think it's a very instinctive tool so we end up depending on the support Team. The project was mainly stuck until we started working with Leena Project team to help us with our requests

Leena was brought in order to solve operative interactions of the HR Team to our employees, being able to share policies, procedures and solve other question that may rise on a daily bases. On a superficial level it was able to solve through a standard FAQ, but the main product of interest, the AI Knowledge management was only available further for our company which would have helped a lot on user experience.
