**What do you like best about Cortex?**

1) Easy Deployment 
2)Easy Upgrade 
3)Extraordinary features
4)All Features are working perfectly 
5)Quick support from the support team
6)Lightweight Agent and less memory utilisation

**What do you dislike about Cortex?**

1) After Agent EOL  end user agents are going for disabling state
2) Certain mac agent versions are causing the issues like application freezing
3) Need improvement on the Vulnerability Management part

**What problems is Cortex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1)Complete visibility of the network, user, file and machine activity
2)Extraordinary Threat hunting
3) Acting as Syslog to integrate various log sources
4)Less false passitive incident for incident management
