"User-Friendly Lease Accounting with Excellent, Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

LeaseQuery is very user friendly. Our company uses LeaseQuery to account for leases and manage payments whereby we are the leasee. When implementing and/or submitting any tickets, the support staff has been very responsive and have provided excellent customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Our company has been very happy with the LeaseQuery product. If there were to be one improvement, it would be to include the ability to allocate lease expense to multiple account strings as we still use manual journal entries to allocate lease expense for lease contracts that cover multiple departments. "Ease of use and excellent customer service"
4/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The system overall is easy to use, but what I appreciate the most is the consistent excellent customer service. It is extremely easy to submit a ticket, response times are fast and thorough. They also have office hours that you can sign up for with a live agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Finquery does a great job at understanding customer needs and then roadmapping them for future improvements. It would be nice to have the approval workflow go through multiple levels of review. This is important to me because we have regional teams that handle day to day lease accounting, but I am the final reviewer of all leases that get entered into the system. "Centralized Lease Hub with Helpful AI Lease Analysis"
4/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

It's a great hub to have our 842 leases in one place and to reference back to historical leases when we need to. The AI feature that analyzes the lease agreement is nice as well, especially for agreements in a foreign language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I don't like how often I lose my work because it logs me out while I'm being changes. Sometimes I know there are answers that I have inputted when first creating the lease that I can't see because the system shows the lease differently once it's approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Lease Accounting Easier"
5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

FinQuery allowed us to have a smooth implementation of ASC 842 accounting and the process since then has only gotten better. Month-end closing for lease accounting is never a problem with how easy it is to pull our monthly entries. Come audit time, the available reports allow us to quickly provide our auditors the required disclosure documents.

The customer service is always very helpful and scheduling a time to meet is very smooth. It is great being able to have a private conversation with a dedicated FinQuery member rather than a group call with multiple customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The only complaint I have is the system will log you out quickly if you are not active on the sight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Audit-Ready Lease Reporting That Boosts Accuracy and Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

What I like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery is how it strengthens reporting accuracy and efficiency. The system generates consistent, audit-ready reports directly from lease data, which makes it much easier to support financial statement notes, reconciliations, and year-end reporting. It also centralizes calculations like amortization and interest, so the numbers feeding into reports are reliable and consistent, reducing the need for manual tracking and adjustments. What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

One thing I don’t love about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery is that some of the reporting isn’t as flexible as I’d like when I need to tweak things for specific analyses. It’s also not always the most intuitive to navigate when you’re trying to drill into details, which can slow things down a bit during busy reporting periods Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly LeaseQuery That Keeps Our Changing Leases Organized"
4/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

LeaseQuery is helpful by managing 100 leases that are constantly changing. The software is user-friendly as it is interactive with explanation to the prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The software does not run a retest of the lease classification when an existing lease is modified or renewed. This creates inefficiency as the client has to run a manual classification test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Flexible Tool, Excellent Agent Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I like the facility to obtain the amortization schedules and the service provided by the agents. It's very easy to download the amortization schedule because the display is very easy to follow, so it's very intuitive to get it. It's the same for obtaining reports. The agents are well aware of how LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery works because when I have a doubt, they always solve it easily, and when it's something difficult, they're very flexible with scheduling sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I'd like LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery to have more material or webinars to understand special cases. I think that would avoid the issue of raising a ticket for a specific matter and waiting for an agent to be assigned when applicable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LeaseQuery Makes Lease Tracking and Renewals Quick and Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

LeaseQuery makes it easy to keep track of all the leases we currently have throughout our company. Making changes for renewals or new prices is quick and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Sometimes there are glitches on the site that can auto log you out after entering a new lease. I have also experienced a glitch that caused the wrong vendor contact info to be attached to a new lease that was being input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
