Intuitive and Reliable for Lease Management, But Needs Automation

I like that LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery is simple to use and caters to most lease needs by providing a simple lease repository with accounting and reporting functionality. The reporting allows for a lot of flexibility, covering most reporting use cases. The user interface is great, making it easy to navigate, and the support team is always willing to help out at short notice. It requires fewer people to manage, which makes the process of uploading leases faster. The initial setup is very simple, which made the transition to using it smooth.

LeaseQuery is a powerful and specialized tool that supports our compliance with ASC 842 while significantly improving the accuracy, visibility, and control over our lease accounting data. The system is well organized, incorporates strong internal control considerations, and is intuitive for users. Both our internal accounting team and external consultants interact with the tool on a monthly basis with no major issues reported. While minor issues arise from time to time, customer support is highly responsive and consistently resolves items quickly. Implementation is straightforward, with complexity largely driven by the volume and quality of leases uploaded. One of the platform’s strongest features is its robust reporting studio, which allows for highly customizable reporting, as well as its dashboards that enable real‑time monitoring of lease status, key metrics, and compliance with the click of a button. Overall, LeaseQuery remains a highly effective solution that strengthens our lease accounting processes and internal controls, and I would strongly recommend the tool.
