Although the reporting capabilities are vast the inability to put in custom calculations in the reports is a big shortfall. We have to export the files to excel to then do our custom aggregations. The interface is very simple and easy to follow, even for people who are not highly technical. It organizes lease information clearly, and I rarely feel lost when navigating the platform. I also really appreciate the strong focus on security, since we are handling sensitive financial and tenant data. Having reporting and management tools combined in one system makes it a huge time saver and adds a lot of value for money. At times the system can be a little slower than I would prefer, which can be frustrating when I’m trying to complete work quickly. It also feels a little expensive compared to some alternatives, though I do recognize the value it provides. Occasionally, generating reports takes longer than expected, and I wish the performance speed was more consistent during peak usage.
