If we were to do this manually, it would be extremely time consuming to build amortization tables and the various journal entries. It would also be very prone to error. When I choose to get a journal based on an actual lease ID, the screen should know if it is GASB 87, or 96 and it should know if it is landlord or tenant all based on the lease id.
