"FinQuery’s AI-Driven Lease Management Saves Time and Enhances Accuracy"
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

FinQuery’s built-in AI automatically extracts information from lease documents and prepopulates key data fields, which not only saves time but also improves accuracy. The amortisation schedules are extremely useful, as they detail the monthly lease payments, interest, liabilities, ROU asset values, and depreciation. These schedules also make it easier to reconcile figures with the balance sheet and income and expenditure accounts. The ability to assign different access levels to users was essential for us and met one of our top requirements. This feature creates a clear audit trail for all entries and approvals, ensuring that a senior team member reviews and authorises any additions or changes before they go live. The Auditor responsibility feature is another valuable addition, and our auditors made good use of it during our most recent external audit.

We found the implementation process quick and pain-free, which we appreciated greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

At first, we found it inconvenient that the system used the American date format (month/day/year) instead of the English format (day/month/year). After we brought this up, FinQuery responded quickly and, within a month, introduced an option to select the preferred date format. We were very impressed by this responsiveness. Occasionally, the system experiences minor lag, but this has not been a significant problem for us. One feature we would find particularly helpful is a modelling 'play pit,' as we are frequently asked to model various lease scenarios to support decision-making at the senior level. "Ease of use and excellent customer service"
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The system overall is easy to use, but what I appreciate the most is the consistent excellent customer service. It is extremely easy to submit a ticket, response times are fast and thorough. They also have office hours that you can sign up for with a live agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Finquery does a great job at understanding customer needs and then roadmapping them for future improvements. It would be nice to have the approval workflow go through multiple levels of review. This is important to me because we have regional teams that handle day to day lease accounting, but I am the final reviewer of all leases that get entered into the system. I also appreciate how transparent and easy it is to review lease terms and track payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

"User-Friendly Leasing Solution with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I like the ease of the reports from LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery as they get me everything I need for my monthly reports and for our audit reviews at the end of the year. These reports make it easier for me to handle other spreadsheets we track throughout the year for all our leased vehicles, buildings, and printers. Also, the initial setup was very easy with great help from the people at LeaseQuery. From what I've heard, this product seems to be more user-friendly compared to the previous one we used. "Streamlined Lease Management, Powerful Automation"
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I like LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery because it keeps lease data organized in one place, making financial records more organized and aiding in accurate financial reporting. The automation of complex lease accounting tasks is great as it handles calculations, schedules, and updates in the background, which helps to reduce errors and saves me a lot of time. The automation has really reduced my stress. The dashboard is clean and allows me to easily find and view data, providing a quick snapshot of obligations, payments, and data all in one place, which is better than using spreadsheets. I also appreciate that it eliminates manual lease calculations, making auditing and reporting less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

When you have a large amount of data, it takes time to configure everything correctly, and reporting customization can be more flexible. Sometimes it takes extra steps to find specific reports, and the pricing is a little higher for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Reliable for Lease Management, But Needs Automation"
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I like that LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery is simple to use and caters to most lease needs by providing a simple lease repository with accounting and reporting functionality. The reporting allows for a lot of flexibility, covering most reporting use cases. The user interface is great, making it easy to navigate, and the support team is always willing to help out at short notice. It requires fewer people to manage, which makes the process of uploading leases faster. The initial setup is very simple, which made the transition to using it smooth. What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The automation scope is limited. I understand they want to protect their integration IP by not exposing API endpoints, but it leads to a lot of repetitive manual effort. Also, the pre-built reports often leave a lot to be desired and require significant downstream work to cater to consolidated accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top Tier Lease Accounting Software"
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

LeaseQuery is a powerful and specialized tool that supports our compliance with ASC 842 while significantly improving the accuracy, visibility, and control over our lease accounting data. The system is well organized, incorporates strong internal control considerations, and is intuitive for users. Both our internal accounting team and external consultants interact with the tool on a monthly basis with no major issues reported. While minor issues arise from time to time, customer support is highly responsive and consistently resolves items quickly. Implementation is straightforward, with complexity largely driven by the volume and quality of leases uploaded. One of the platform’s strongest features is its robust reporting studio, which allows for highly customizable reporting, as well as its dashboards that enable real‑time monitoring of lease status, key metrics, and compliance with the click of a button. Overall, LeaseQuery remains a highly effective solution that strengthens our lease accounting processes and internal controls, and I would strongly recommend the tool. "Streamlined Lease Management with Excellent Compliance Support"
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I use LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery mainly for managing lease accounting and ensuring compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards. I appreciate how the platform simplifies centralizing lease data, automates calculations, and generates reports for audits, which makes managing financial disclosures easier. What stands out most to me is the intuitive interface that cuts down on manual spreadsheet work, saving our team hours every month. The reporting features are robust, and the clear audit trail boosts my confidence in the accuracy of our numbers. The customer support is another plus; they've always been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've needed assistance. I find that the software truly excels in delivering both accuracy and compliance in complex reporting needs, and its automated calculations for compliance standards like GASB 87 help minimize the risk of human error while keeping up with changing accounting standards. Additionally, the setup was very easy for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for reporting needs"
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

In my current position, I am responsible for SEC reporting, and I have found that LeaseQuery offers an excellent selection of reports tailored specifically to the disclosure requirements of US GAAP. I also appreciate how easy it is to customize reports—whether building them from scratch or making slight adjustments to out of the box reports, the process is best in class. Additionally, we have found the help center resources to be extremely helpful whenever we encounter unfamiliar transactions or face unique situations that do not arise often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

When leases expire, you have a decision to make on how you want to maintain historical records. You will have to pay to keep the leases in the system, or you can pay a reduced fee to archive them. You can also deleted them entirely to remove any fees, but then you lose the ability to view those leases in the future or produce any accurate historical schedules. "LeaseQuery Makes Lease Management Effortless and Efficient"
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

LeaseQuery is an excellent platform for managing and accounting for all our building and equipment leases under ASC842. It offers robust controls, allowing for admin users, data entry users, and approvers, which helps maintain proper oversight. The system provides a comprehensive audit trail for every lease entry and any changes made to a specific lease, ensuring transparency. Whenever I encounter an issue, the support tools are quite helpful, and the support team is consistently responsive and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the alert emails for important lease dates, which help keep our team informed about upcoming lease terms and other critical deadlines. The interface is very user-friendly, making navigation straightforward. I value its ability to integrate seamlessly with our Oracle NetSuite software, enabling us to post journal entries with just a click. There are many aspects of LeaseQuery that I enjoy, and it truly makes my job easier, which I greatly appreciate. Additionally, it provides valuable year-end audit reports and serves as a powerful tool for creating custom reports using data from LQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I don't have many complaints about LeaseQuery. The main suggestion I have is that it would be very helpful to have the ability to customize which team members receive specific alerts. Personalized alerting would be a valuable feature, as not every notification is relevant to everyone on our lease team. For instance, the accounting department needs reminders about rent increases, while the operations team only needs to be notified about upcoming lease expirations.
