**What do you like best about Leadsales CRM?**

It’s a simple, stable integration tool for WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. It helps sales teams manage conversations and track customer leads from a single platform, making it easier to stay on top of interactions in one place.

**What do you dislike about Leadsales CRM?**

One drawback of this CRM tool is that it offers very limited customization and reporting features. Also, automation isn’t available, which makes it harder to streamline tasks and work faster.

**What problems is Leadsales CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a combined messaging tool by centralising scattered customer communications. This helps ensure we don’t miss any leads from anyone.

**What do you like best about Leadsales CRM?**

What I like most about Leadsales is that it’s a very easy-to-use platform. It’s incredibly intuitive, which means I don’t have to waste time teaching new team members how to use it.

Another reason I really like this CRM is the tool that lets me view and analyze my team’s performance.

**What do you dislike about Leadsales CRM?**

One of the things I don’t like—but I understand it happens—is the response time from the support team. They usually reply in under 10 minutes, but there have been a couple of times when it took a bit longer. Still, I understand that’s because there are more support requests.

**What problems is Leadsales CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadsales is helping me solve a problem I had with customer service management. While my marketing agency handles other areas as well, customer service is our main focus. We have a large client portfolio, and it’s grown even more since we expanded to other regions of the country.

With the help for Leadsales CRM i am able to login all my communication channels at one place only,  moreover i can follow my leads and increase my sales too.

i found that there are many other CRM which are more faster and efficient than Leadsales CRM.

It is cost effective, easy to use and i can easily communicate with my prospects and increase my sales numbers.

A great platform that has helped me increase my sales. My business is more traditional, but with the help of this tool, I have been able to increase my ads and the organization of my messages is better.

So far, while I've been using it, I haven't had any issues.

**What do you like best about Leadsales CRM?**

The price is fair and it can easily connect to messaging apps such as whatsapp api and whatsapp buisness. Its easy to use and veru straight forward.

**What do you dislike about Leadsales CRM?**

There is no public api to integrate to our systems, a necessary functionality for our operations. There are similar and even lowerede priced tools that do very similar stuff. Customer support is ok, i just felt is not very personalized or directed.

**What problems is Leadsales CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an ecommerce we need constant contact with our customer, to increase our sales through assistive sales and also support. Whatsapp being the most widespread messaging tool in our region, having this channel of communication is a must.

Best part of Leadsales CRM is the lead management features, it is very user friendly and its reporting capabilities. It is very useful to track leads easily.

Downtime is a major drawback of the tool.

It has benefited me with enhanced sales tracking, boosted sales conversions, improved sales team collaboration, aids strategic decision making etc.
