**What do you like best about Leadformly?**

The logic-based, multi-step forms gave us some good results as far as turning lead captures into further, more sales-ready actions. I appreciated vs some that the multiple steps were completely customizable and could easily fit into our website as needed.

**What do you dislike about Leadformly?**

Anytime I needed to make an edit or a form stopped working properly, the editor would freak out. Things got out of order, logic broke... I literally found it faster to entirely rebuild forms than edit them because of the errors.

**What problems is Leadformly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As marketing leads come in on simple things like ebooks, whitepapers etc. we check to see who may also be more interested in samples of our product. Doing this right within the initial form increased conversions, sometimes converting 40-50% to the next step.

**What do you like best about Leadformly?**

I am not a creative person so the fact that there are pre-designed forms makes it easy for me to use this program. It is very user friendly which is also a key point, so there is minimal training needed.

**What do you dislike about Leadformly?**

There is not anything in particular that I dislike.

**What problems is Leadformly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing in and organizing new leads on a daily basis.

**What do you like best about Leadformly?**

Leadformly increased our conversion rate on BrokerNotes from 11% to 48%, as well as converting 50%+ of download requsts on SereneApp.com into completing an onboarding LeadForm.

More question types would be nice (radio buttons in particular are something I'd like), also the ability to have more than 4 conditional logic conditions.
