"Leadbeam - A Must-Have for Field Sales Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadbeam?

As an enablement trainer who onboards new hires, I've had a front-row seat to the impact Leadbeam has had on our reps. Before Leadbeam, new hires were planning their routes in Google Maps and saving all their notes until the end of the day to manually enter them into Salesforce. That meant hours of admin work after a full day in the field, and notes that were often less detailed because reps were relying on memory.

With Leadbeam, reps now update Salesforce in real time, right from the field. The Salesforce integration is seamless, so there's no clunky syncing or double entry. Reps capture what happened while it's still fresh, which means better data quality for managers and a lot of time back in every rep's day. Hours that used to go to admin now go toward selling.

The AI features have been a standout too. A rep can snap a photo of a business card using the AI feature, and all of that contact information is imported straight into Salesforce. No typing, no deciphering handwriting, and no stack of cards sitting in a bag waiting to be entered later. It's a small moment in the day, but it's one of the features new hires love to show off.

The unexpected benefit has been the excitement. In enablement, it's rare to roll out a tool that reps are genuinely enthusiastic about, but Leadbeam is one of them. It's easy to teach, it fits naturally into how reps already work, and adoption has been a non-issue. Watching new hires go from dreading end-of-day CRM updates to actually wanting to use the tool has been one of the best parts of my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about Leadbeam. As an enablement trainer, I'm always looking for friction points when onboarding new hires, and I haven't run into any that have slowed reps down or caused frustration with the tool.

What I'd really call out is the Leadbeam team. They're incredibly attentive to requests and feedback, and quick to answer any questions that come up. Even the CEO, Gabe, is hands-on with the product and will hop in to help answer questions from support. That level of involvement from leadership is rare, and it gives me a lot of confidence that the product will keep getting better based on what real users need. "User-Friendly Field Sales CRM That Transformed Our GTM Execution"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadbeam?

The most helpful thing about Leadbeam is that their core philosophy translates properly into the product's features. Having a dedicated CRM for Field Sales and Execution changes the way we support our team, our GTM strategy, and our overall execution. The software is user-friendly from the beginning, follows a clear logic for field visits to each account or store, and provides the fundamental fields needed to understand how the product is gaining traction in the field. The implementation was incredibly fast; the team truly understands our main pain points and allows us to gather more detailed data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

I don’t have anything that I dislike or any major concerns. For us, the challenge was purely on the implementation side, not from Leadbeam, but from our internal technical team, since it required several iterations back and forth to get exactly what the business side needed. The integration part for them they had it ready, but we couldn’t move at the same speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Leadbeam Saves Hours with Smarter Day Planning and Fast Prospect Enrichment"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadbeam?

Leadbeam gives me hours back in my day! My favorite feature is “plan your day”, which allows me to minimize my drive time between scheduled meetings and drop ins. I also am a fan of adding prospects through enrichment, which use to take so long on salesforce. I would recommend this to any field sales rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

When I press “navigate” in Leadbeam, it does not take me to the accurate destination (typically a few streets over), so I end up typing the business name into Apple Maps directly. Not a huge deal, just not seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Responsive Team and Founder Support That Helps Us Find New Leads"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadbeam?

Everyone has been extremely responsive, including the founder, and they’ve always helped us resolve any issues immediately as they arise. Their platform has helped my team find new leads that we otherwise haven’t been able to find on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

I haven’t been able to log in from my desktop, I’m not sure if there is a desktop version, but sometimes it’s nice to view from a larger screen when prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Fast, and Great Salesforce Integration with Excellent Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Leadbeam?

User-friendly and really helps me stay organized. The integration with Salesforce is great, and it lets me push updates to the CRM in real time. The app is quick and performs well overall. The AI features make it even quicker to log tasks. It was easy to learn from day one, but if you do need help, the Leadbeam team provides excellent one-on-one support to get you up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

In our CRM system, we need to create a venue account along with a parent account, but Leadbeam only creates one. That still helps, but it doesn’t complete the full task we need. I also wish it could recognize bad data in Salesforce, like when a business is already closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Leadbeam Keeps Field Sales Organized with Perfect Salesforce Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadbeam?

Leadbeam is very helpful for navigating field sales. I stay meticulously organized and the sync to Salesforce is perfect. I am very happy I don't have to double back or record all of my activity in Salesforce itself. The maps and routing feature is also excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

I would like to be able to customize the color of the app and I'd love to use an apple maps like function to navigate within the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Route Planner and Dictated Notes That Log Seamlessly to Salesforce"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadbeam?

Absolutely love the route planner and the ability to dictate my notes in field and have it log right to the correct account in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

One thing I thought could be better is after adding your locations for route planning, when optimizing, it would remove locations from your route that were closed. There was no way around it.

Also, when dictating notes to update in Salesforce. It sometimes would create activities and logs that didn’t make sense. So, I would just dictate my notes. Which, would end up in keynotes in SF. Then do a quick log of a drop in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Leadbeam's Evolution of Prospecting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Leadbeam?

What I like best about Leadbeam is the contact information you receive when you enrich the account you’re prospecting. Sometimes you don’t get all the information you need from a prospect, so this is a big help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

I’d really like to see an updated database for new businesses in the area, something like an email blast that highlights businesses opening soon or that have just opened. Also, there are times when a business listed is no longer in the area, so keeping those listings current would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Gabe Naviasky of Leadbeam

Thanks for the great feedback! Really glad the enrichment and voice logging are saving you time at end of day.

We'll be adding new business notifications in the next few weeks. Great feedback.
