The ease of use, The QR code system for leaving the feedback. These are the things I like most about LazyMonkey.

**What do you dislike about LazyMonkey?**

Honestly there is nothing to dislike about it.

**What problems is LazyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted an innovative and more interesting way for our customers and clients to leave us a feedback for our work done. And LazyMonkey provided us just what we wanted. The innovative QR system is something that keeps our clients engaged in a fun way and leave their valuable feedback

**What do you like best about LazyMonkey?**

It is so easy to use and very efficient. I also like the fact that it is directed towards several meaningful purposes.

**What do you dislike about LazyMonkey?**

Only thing that I dislike is the time it takes to fill the surveys. Sometimes it gets frustrating for filling long surveys.

**What problems is LazyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides quick and efficient tool to solve various problems and helps in getting the real-time feedback of the customers. And by using the feedback, businesses can improve further.
