Layerise is a customer excellence tool that enables physical product/hardware-based companies to retire the traditional product user manual. No one reads it anyway. **What do you like best about Layerise?**

The promise of layerise was good, as they had a very nice user interface for a customer service help desk, which is the reason we partnered with them.

**What do you dislike about Layerise?**

Layerise has pivoted their company towards a marketing company, and have not kept pace with other customer experiences tools to integrated with other customer experience platforms. If you go to cancel your agreement with them; they will make it very difficult.

**What problems is Layerise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing customer support tickets.

**What do you like best about Layerise?**

Layerise fills various functions depending on your needs, whether it be a knowledge center, a post-sales channel for customers, or a platform for additional marketing material. The team is always looking for feedback and new ways to improve which they ACTUALLY implement rather than sitting on the feedback for ages before taking any action. Support is provided professionally and most importantly, punctually. Our agent Martina, has been particularly helpful and instrumental in our setting up of Layerise.

**What do you dislike about Layerise?**

As Layerise is still quite new, we often encounter issues that occur more on the technical end that affect user-friendliness, functionality, and editing. For editing, there are times when we need to ask the team to fix something instead of simply being able to do it ourselves. More backend control would greatly alleviate this issue.

**What problems is Layerise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business, we want customers to come back again and again rather than vanishing into thin air after purchasing a product. Layerise gives customers a reason to return to the platform via various incentives. As such, what we are seeing is the start of a sort of ecosystem akin to those of many household brands.
