But if that is what you need it's good. **What problems is Launchpad CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** This CRM allows you to see what is going on with your business. It shows you in what products you can increase revenue, demographics you should focus more on, it gives great sales forecasts. Although the forecasts didn't take in account the current Coronavirus crisis but that is not to be expected. Also the use of the cloud and the fact that the information is accessible from every as long as you have an internet connection is great. We needed the help of the support a couple of times during implementation and they were great! Fast and professional! I can recommend Launchpad CRM. ### 11. It’s not the typical one we see and the documentation isn’t all the way there.
