What do you like best about Lang.ai?

Lang.ai is able to efforlesly unlock the invaluable throve of data our customers provide us via tickets and requests.

It is not only valuable for the time it frees for agents while processing requests, it also clarify ambiguity on what the cathegories and contex of the tickets are about.

Ultimately in our implementation Lang.ai has been able to provide novel insight into what customer conversation are about, if we relied only on ticket dispositions from agent we would not have been able to proactively connecting the proverbial dots and flag issues days and weeks ahead of regular reporting cycles. What do you dislike about Lang.ai?

The ease of use. Lang.ai is just one of those platforms that feels intuitive once you dive in.

It's become a crutial part of our day to day ticket management to rely on Lang for routing and automations - we'd be lost without it!

What do you like best about Lang.ai?

Lang.ai has been instrumental in helping us stay on top of our incoming support tickets through the use of their ticket routing and automation features. Can't imagine life without this service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lang.ai?

This isn't a dislike but more of an education opportunity - automations are built on triggers within your CRM (for us Zendesk), so it does require some technical knowledge out of the box to understand how your existing triggers will impact or interfere. What do you like best about Lang.ai?

Lang.ai is the best tool I have found for both Customer Support *and* Product. I recommend them to everyone I know, and as I always tell them: it's useless to use Zendesk without Lang.

We're a young company, and at first, I thought we might be too small to get sufficient ROI out of their product. I couldn't have been more wrong.

First, their incredible auto-tagging (and therefore improved auto-responding) freed up our support agents to focus on the things that matter most. But perhaps even more importantly, the data we get from that better tagging structure is helping us better inform our prodcut roadmap, and keeping the company more responsive to customers than ever before. What do you like best about Lang.ai?

Lang has really helped our support team be more efficient overall. We utilize Lang to include internal notes and standard operating procedures in tickets automatically, send automatic replies to customers for standard two-touch tickets, get quantitative insights on what our customers are saying and more.
