
Lang.ai is able to efforlesly unlock the invaluable throve of data our customers provide us via tickets and requests.
It is not only valuable for the time it frees for agents while processing requests, it also clarify ambiguity on what the cathegories and contex of the tickets are about.
Ultimately in our implementation Lang.ai has been able to provide novel insight into what customer conversation are about, if we relied only on ticket dispositions from agent we would not have been able to proactively connecting the proverbial dots and flag issues days and weeks ahead of regular reporting cycles.
