**What do you like best about Lagoona CRM?**

An incredible CRM that allows us to organize all the leads daily. It is intuitive and easy to use, and the information it offers is just what I need to make decisions more easily. Although we are just learning to use it, I am sure it will become a GREAT product. The app seems phenomenal to me, although it still needs a bit of polishing to achieve what is expected from it.

**What do you dislike about Lagoona CRM?**

Being a new product, the development has been slow but steady. There is still work to be done on refining the KPIs, reports, the app, etc...

**What problems is Lagoona CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a CRM like Lagoona has allowed me to capture more leads and organize them better. It also helps me know exactly where they are coming from, how they are being attended to, and in which areas we have room for improvement, both with our clients and in our sales processes.
