**What do you like best about LabSoft LIMS?**

It's a decent database software that uses SQL to store records.

**What do you dislike about LabSoft LIMS?**

It's very slow and outdated. Logging information into it takes several minutes for each record. Moving to a better server sped it up some, but it still hangs up to 30 seconds when switching between fields.

**What problems is LabSoft LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's used to log testing information for chemical samples for the lab.
