**What do you like best about DecisionIQ?**

What we like best about DecisionIQ is the reliability and efficiency of the platform, especially in supporting our AML screening and compliance operations since KrosRemit went LIVE in February 2026. The system uptime has been exceptional, ensuring uninterrupted compliance monitoring and smooth day-to-day operations. The integration process was seamless, and the platform is highly intuitive and scalable for growing fintech requirements. Additionally, the support team has been outstanding — responsive, professional, and always ready to assist with any operational or technical requirements

**What do you dislike about DecisionIQ?**

not having the capability for Transcation monitoring

DecisionIQ has streamlined our AML screening and compliance processes by providing reliable, real-time monitoring and reducing operational inefficiencies. This has enabled KrosRemit to strengthen compliance controls, improve processing efficiency, and maintain uninterrupted operations with confidence.

**What do you like best about DecisionIQ?**

I like that DecisionIQ was the best-priced option in the USA and offers a small volume pay-as-you-go model. I appreciate the ongoing monitoring feature, which is really convenient because I don't have to re-load client lists. This saves a lot of manual recurring headache. Their support is very good and they are very responsive. The initial setup was easy, as they did all the hand-holding.

**What do you dislike about DecisionIQ?**

I think the UX has some complexity with terminology that their help desk and videos could do a better job. They could benefit from inline help or some AI chatbot.

**What problems is DecisionIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DecisionIQ for automating our OFAC, Sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media screening, reducing false positives, saving time and money. It offers convenient ongoing monitoring, eliminating manual headaches and providing compliance with proof of decision files.
