The best thing about Kumospace is the element of collaboration and connection it's offered the team. It has allowed our fully remote team to have a better sense of the availability and status of the others on our team. It is a quick and easy solution to set up and implement. It was easy to get our users onboard and configure the platform security the way we intended. We have not yet experienced any outages or connection issues. A number of easy-to-use presets and tools exist to speed up the setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would change is to have additional documentation/user guides to make a self-guided setup easy for users not familiar with this type of platform (we had similar experience and did not necessarily need as much support). I love being able to pop into my coworkers' offices and ask them questions, strike up conversations, and get to know them in ways that I don't have the opportunity to do regularly, since most of our staff works remotely. Kumo is user-friendly, and our whole office loves it. Everyone caught on very quickly and we were able to onboard our entire team in one day. We stay logged into Kumospace all day to allow availability to each other, and we use the away/focus modes to let others know when we are not available to chat. My only critique of Kumospace is that the screensharing feature is a little bit glitchy, and sometimes it causes members to lose connection briefly. I also wish that the size of the furniture/decorations could be edited to be bigger or smaller! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
