**Describe the project or task Kudos Consultants helped with:**

Kudos assisted us in delivering an upgrade to our Preactor APS System, working with us in adding a second manufacturing site to our group. We had two attempts to implement, and despite tight time pressure Kudos were able to deliver a working system on time and within budget.

**What do you like best about Kudos Consultants?**

Despite their wide ranging portfolio of companies we always receive the personal touch from Kudos, it is important that we don't feel like we are a small customer but equally as important as everyone else. We work with the same project team to ensure they are familiar with our system.

**What do you dislike about Kudos Consultants?**

On occasion it feels like we are talking to technical people who may not really grasp what we are trying to achieve in our business, it highlights the importance of project documentation and clear communication. 

**Recommendations to others considering Kudos Consultants:**

Kudos are extremely professional and are extremely skilled in delivering quality solutions. Our requirements were met and despite some changes in our requirements the project came in under budget and on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Kudos.

**What problems is Kudos Consultants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have two manufacturing sites which we can now direct orders to depending on geographic location of customers, raw materials and capacity constraints.
