My initial experience was absolutely terrific, honestly that's what sold me. I had the Kudoboard board printed into a book, as UPS doesn't operate largely in the UAE, the delivery was missing in transit for over a month. I emailed the customer care team, and Aimee who managed the team was extremely helpful, printed the book again and sent it via FedEx .... FREE OF COST! As someone who has spent 12 years in Customer Services and Management, CS teams going the extra mile makes a huge difference to a customer's experience! I would highly recommend Kudoboard! **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** I don't have any downsides. I purchase each Kudoboard for over 20 people to sign. The delivery option is user friendly and can schedule the card delivery with ease. Easy to set up account, review and revise items. Quick customer response to issue or concerns. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** The only dislike is the currency used for the gift or contribution portion. It is only in US dollars. Hopefully can have the option soon to choose the currency for the country you live in. Some people get antsy when they have to convert their contributions into another currency. **What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping to alleviate the task of buying cards and circulating for people to sign well wishes and for people to have the burden of collecting funds for special occasions. In the office, no one wants the responsibility to chase after staff, so Kudoboard helps to address that issue. ### 50.
