At one we used for birthdays. At my current employer we use for going away or celebrations. There are several other ways to use it. It's easy because you provide a link and everyone can customize their card and messages. I love that the recipient can keep the card for years to come. It's very easy to deliver to recipient, you can give them a link. As long as they have the link they can access from anywhere. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** I don't know that I have found a downside of kudoboard for what I have used it for. You can add giphs, pics, messages and you can edit them after the fact. Schedule the deliveries. The basic card was free for first couple of years I used this product, which was fabulous, but then it switched to 5.99$ for 20 signatures and the larger package's proce didn't seem worth it to me. My segment works in a hybrid environment and it's hard to recognize special events with everyone not consistently being at the office. This is is such an easy way for everyone to add their well wishes. The links to send out have always worked and I always schedule the boards for delivery and they have never been later. I did utilize the gift card option for a previous board and that was AMAZING. Everyone could donate on the site and then it sent the receipient a code to redeem their gift card. I actually just talked to my direct supervisor about signing up for the 10 board plan, we plan to send at least one a month. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** There really isn't anything I have found that I don't like. **What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team works in a hybrid environment and it's hard for us to recognize accomplishments with us not being at the office at the same time. ### 34. They have a lot of built in backgrounds, gifs, and images to personalize for a variety of occasions. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** The pricing for business accounts is a bit excessive. Managing birthdays and work anniversaries for my company can be overwhelming passing cards to all the employees and making sure everyone has an opportunity to sign them. I schedule the delivery date and time, let the staff know, and it all happens magically behind the scenes. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** If I had to say one negative thing it would be the selections/options available for the backgrounds. Also, there is no middle option between 10 and 100, and the latter seems a bit over the top. It replaces a physical card that would be signed in the office if working on-site.
