Kudoboard is incredibly easy and intuitive to use. We use it regularly at work, and I really like how simple it is for everyone to contribute, even if they’ve never used it before.

One of my favourite features is being able to add GIFs, especially as a fun little touch at the end of a message. It makes the boards feel much more personal, engaging and enjoyable to read. I also love that a Kudoboard can grow to be quite large, so a lot of people can contribute without it feeling limited or crowded.

The whole delivery experience is also very smooth. Once the board is sent to the recipient, we receive a notification letting us know that they’ve received it, which is a really nice feature. The recipient also has the option to send a thank-you card afterward, so the entire experience feels seamless from beginning to end.

Another great feature is the option to print the completed board, which is perfect when you want to turn it into something more permanent or tangible for the recipient.

Overall, I think Kudoboard is a fantastic tool for workplace celebrations, farewells, milestones and recognition. It’s easy to create, fun to contribute to, enjoyable to receive, and the whole process is very well thought out. I like that it is so easy! I think about the times I've had to collect IN PERSON signatures on a card, and what a nightmare it was to catch all of the people. Kudoboard allows me to collaborate with others at their discretion. I really like how it allows MANY users to collaborate across my organization without having to hound them down personally. I love that you can set reminders, so you never forget a birthday! It's also great for teams that are in multiple locations, so everyone can participate. It's convenient that it houses so many options for images and gifs. I haven't used the gift functionality, but it's a great offering that I could see being useful in the future. The only thing I dislike is that the messages start to feel repetitive, but that could be remedied on our end. I do wish that it was easier to input everyone on my team's special days instead of having to do it individually. I'd love a feature where you input the full team's names, birthdays, and email addresses and it could automatically send you a reminder to set up a board for them when the birthday got close.
