the agent was knowledge and helpful. The phone line customer service is still bad

I take back my comments, they have rectified the issue

Advice- call people back! do your job

**What problems is Kroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an absolutely awful service. There is no live chat function, so you can't speak with anyone.
There is a phone number, but NO ONE ANSWERS. I've been in the waiting queue for over 30 minutes on 3 occasions.

When I finally got through to someone 2 days ago, my query was about my email address and she said she couldn't help because 'the system' was down, someone would call me back . And you can guess if anyone actually called me back.

For a security company, it's absolutely ridiculous how poor the customer service is. It is practically non existent.

So other than uploading personal data to the dashboard, there is nothing beyond that. I frankly don't know what they actually do other than just hold confidential data. How is that going to benefit anyone!

I'm STILL waiting to get through to anyone , and when (if!) I finally do, I just face talking to an agent who defers the issue and says  'someone' will call you back. It's utterly awful and so frustrating .

**What do you like best about Kroll?**

We are taking valuation services from kroll, the kind of accuracy they are providing after the thorough analysis is literally commendable. It has resulted in increased results for us.

**What do you dislike about Kroll?**

The hierarchy of the organisation is quiet big, which takes few escalation and few moments to resolve the question but apart from this it is quite good in other aspects.

**Recommendations to others considering Kroll:**

Methods followed by them is completely accurate, praise to every member.

**What problems is Kroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier we were struggling to get more accurate valuation which was required but after joining hands with them we are getting almost everything on point, which has significantly increased performance

the update recently where it ask how many labels i need to the 7 point . its not necessary.
