What problems is Kroll solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an absolutely awful service. There is no live chat function, so you can't speak with anyone.
There is a phone number, but NO ONE ANSWERS. I've been in the waiting queue for over 30 minutes on 3 occasions.
When I finally got through to someone 2 days ago, my query was about my email address and she said she couldn't help because 'the system' was down, someone would call me back . And you can guess if anyone actually called me back.
For a security company, it's absolutely ridiculous how poor the customer service is. It is practically non existent.
So other than uploading personal data to the dashboard, there is nothing beyond that. I frankly don't know what they actually do other than just hold confidential data. How is that going to benefit anyone!
I'm STILL waiting to get through to anyone , and when (if!) I finally do, I just face talking to an agent who defers the issue and says 'someone' will call you back. It's utterly awful and so frustrating . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
