When it worked, it was great for automation and linking apps and platforms, especially for SaaS. **What do you dislike about KonnectzIT?** I can't login and my help desk inquiries go unanswered, which makes me feel like the service is abandoned. They don't answer emails to the help desk or the online chat help feature anymore. **What problems is KonnectzIT solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used KonnectzIT for linking apps and platforms; it made automation easier. ### 2. I will say the visual builder is a great look though. **What do you dislike about KonnectzIT?** Lack of development and maintenance when compared to most automation tools. They are still listing tools that don't even exist anymore, multiple. Not a stong indication of a reliable and updated tool that I would want to use to transfer data. Also, wayyyy behind in the number of integrations. Also, they completely screwed over early adopters and tried to squeeze their first supporters for more money every chance they got after behing misleading about their business model that was intrigral to the trust for further dev. Overall, a big disappointment. **What problems is KonnectzIT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seemed like a good solution for ecom automations at first, and seemed easy to use while building visual integrations ### 4. While it's capable of handling complex operations, there's a learning curve involved. **What problems is KonnectzIT solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used it to create WhatsApp bots powered by ChatGPT, and it works great for serving this purpose. KonnectzIT is a great option. While still a relatively young one in the market IMO they are well on their way to becoming a strong competitor. To pick what I like best I would say rate of adding integrations. They seem to be quickly adding integrations to the platform. **What do you dislike about KonnectzIT?** I normally try and really be honest and think of something I dislike or needs improvement here, but I can't personally think of anything. It's not that they are perfect per se, but IMO there is only so much involved with this type of platform and they check all the blocks. If I must pick something it would be the same that every such platform strives for....you can always have 'MORE' integrations. **What problems is KonnectzIT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows me to streamline processes (automation) and saves me time and money by automating such activities as transcribing sales data or moving info from one platform to another. I use a number of these types platforms and right now I have a specific integration on this one that integrates data from one system into my CRM. ### 8. I had never used leaders in the sector such as Zapier or Pabbly, so for me, it was more of a curiosity about what was possible. I was pleased to find that many of the apps I used were in their system already, and those that weren't would soon be added. The founder was very kind during his onboarding webinar, and he spoke English that was easy to understand. They've done a great job improving the onboarding workflow, with helpful step-by-step instructions, videos, and text walkthroughs. It's also easy to integrate your apps into the system. New apps are being added all the time, and I'm glad to have purchased a lifetime deal. But even if you can't get access to an LTD, it's still a good deal. **What do you dislike about KonnectzIT?** The format of connecting apps together seems logical, but you sort of have to know how each of them should fit together already to connect the dots. Literally and physically. Sometimes the logic isn't clear about what you're supposed to do, or the best manner in which to do it. This was especially true at the beginning when I was totally lost. Thankfully, the founder is working on that problem. And if you're apt enough to figure things out on your own through trial and error, then it's not that big of a problem. **What problems is KonnectzIT solving and how is that benefiting you?** KonnectzIT is an automation program that is designed to save me time, and in-turn, money and effort. I still haven't fully integrated KonnectzIT into my workflow and lifestyle, so at the moment it's not benefitting me all that much, but I do feel that it will benefit me a great deal in the future when I have my business optimized. ### 10. There are a number of these type of SAAS out there and this is what I would consider among the top tier. The pricing is also very affordable! The big winover for me was the number of apps available in it and steadily, quickly growing. **What do you dislike about KonnectzIT?** Normally I can come up with a dislike, but in this case I really don't have one. That's not to say the platform may not have some, but I just haven't discovered them yet. Full disclosure I picked this one up as a backup in the event that some of my other platforms don't have an available automation. As such I don't heavily employ it, because they are good as well, and as a result haven't probably used it heavy enough to find any issue. In what use I have done with it I've been pleased and found it to be user friendly and straight forward. **Recommendations to others considering KonnectzIT:** I consider it a top tier integration platform on par with Zapier (which I would consider the industry standard). While it may not have as many integrations yet (though I'm not positive on that) I expect they will get there with the growth rate I've witnessed. If you're in the market give it a shot. **What problems is KonnectzIT solving and how is that benefiting you?** It acts as a backup automation for me when other platforms I have access to do not have the available automations. It has a ton of apps and they are constantly adding to that library. ### 11. Im able to map the data with ease opposed to not having much control. **What do you dislike about KonnectzIT?** Its not a ETL tool but its close and Im able to merge fields, and basic manipulations similar to ETL tools. With a drag-and-drop connection interface of components and parameters between points makes the job easy and helps me master my flow diagram, even when there are many connection points, it still easy to see. This application is also integrating many other applications so that users have more options for their work and connection. **What do you dislike about KonnectzIT?** Integration of other applications is not deep. Unable to group connections by campaign, difficult to manage and categorize connections. Customer Support is not quick. **Recommendations to others considering KonnectzIT:** KonnectZit has a completely public user support community, join and connect with the founders to learn more details, register for a trial to experience this application. **What problems is KonnectzIT solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Webhook in Konnectzit as a channel to collect data from Sales Pages (Ecommerce) and Landing Pages or Chatbots to process and interact with Customers. Konnectzit's webhook allows to receive multiple parameters to optionally process information. I like this feature. ### 14.
