I’d like to see more automation so that if a user fails a training module or clicks an email they shouldn’t, they’re automatically directed to a short video and maybe a brief questionnaire. I also appreciate the simulated phishing tests, which keep employees alert to phishing threats despite existing spam filters and security measures. I believe updating the video training materials and adding more to the Compliance Plus program would be beneficial. Also, having training that may pertain to third party administrators and people who are in the insurance industry. More tests and quizzes and just adding more materials to choose from.
