**What do you like best about Klipboard OnRent Events?**

It is an affordable, modern, online platform that makes managing complicated equipment inventories practical for teams. Klipboard talks to all the other software we need it to integrate with and we've experienced minimal downtime when we really need it. Their support team has always kept us updated about upcoming features, they've been responsive to our requests for customization, and they're always trying to make progress for their users. The design is clean and easy to use and it's simple to export reports that give me actionable easy to understand data about my business. My whole team have become masters at Klipboard, and our business runs efficiently as a result.

**What do you dislike about Klipboard OnRent Events?**

Sometimes the product feels geared toward business that are a bit different than ours. So the priorities of other uses don't always make sense for us. But we've still found the program accomplishes most of what we need, except for a few very specific requests that we know the team is already working on in the future.

**What problems is Klipboard OnRent Events solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klipboard simplifies and organizes complex daily rental tasks so we can provide our customers with quick quotes, and track equipment as it's rented out, checked in, and any time items are lost or damaged.
