**What do you like best about Klinix?**

Customer Support, I have had to contact them on behalf of my mother (who purchased this software) I volunteer from time to time with her company. But the customer support is like Chic fil a or Publix, simply the BEST!

**What do you dislike about Klinix?**

Nothing in regards to the software, just a matter of me getting trained on how to use it properly. I hate training sessions of any sort, but it was good to actually go through them. 


**Recommendations to others considering Klinix:**

Sign up for training sessions 

**What problems is Klinix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billing, as this is the most tedious part of running a medical office, and the main reason why I "volunteer" for my mother. The component my mother likes the most is the ability to set appointment reminders and even schedule appointments when billing.
