Klinix is a billing solution that can be used by medical organizations of all sizes, from solo practices to large health care setups. The solution is compatible with the Medical Claims Electronic Data Transfer (MC EDT) service.
Customer Support, I have had to contact them on behalf of my mother (who purchased this software) I volunteer from time to time with her company. But the customer support is like Chic fil a or Publix, simply the BEST!
What do you dislike?
Nothing in regards to the software, just a matter of me getting trained on how to use it properly. I hate training sessions of any sort, but it was good to actually go through them.

Billing, as this is the most tedious part of running a medical office, and the main reason why I "volunteer" for my mother. The component my mother likes the most is the ability to set appointment reminders and even schedule appointments when billing.
