We've been using KiteCyber for several months now, and it has quickly become a cornerstone of our security stack. The standout benefit is how effortless the onboarding and setup process was, our entire team was up and running very quickly, with zero training required thanks to the clean, intuitive interface.

KiteCyber consolidates multiple security capabilities into a single lightweight platform, from device compliance and secure access controls to intelligent web filtering and DLP. This provides complete visibility to control across of our distributed workforce. It's especially well-suited for hybrid and remote environments, with seamless support for geographically dispersed teams.

What really sets KiteCyber apart is its balance of simplicity and depth. KiteCyber is helping us solve several critical challenges around endpoint security, device compliance, and secure access for our remote and distributed teams. Before KiteCyber, we were juggling multiple tools to handle VPN access, device posture checks, URL filtering, and data loss prevention, all of which added operational overhead and complexity.

With KiteCyber’s unified platform, we now have a single solution that simplifies security operations without compromising on coverage. It gives us real-time visibility into device compliance, allows us to enforce productivity-focused web filtering, and secures internal applications using zero trust principles, all without the need for manual configuration or constant support intervention.

"Intuitive yet robust security software"

What do you like best about Kitecyber?

KitCyber has been extremely simple for us to install for end point security. The built in device management and custom security rules for users has been extremely useful. We started using KiteCyber more than a year back, in early 2024. At that time certain old OS were not supported well. However the team was very helpful to install software and fix issues within days and help. I do understand that now with new deployments we have not faced such issues. What problems is Kitecyber solving and how is that benefiting you?

We deal with large amounts of PII data and company data about sales and customer analysis. Many a times we had to move data between softwares and it was downloaded on team's laptops. We got KiteCyber first and foremost to prevent Data Loss of such files.

What do you like best about Kitecyber?

We've had a great experience with KiteCyber — it's a truly user-friendly platform that made onboarding incredibly smooth. The setup process was impressively quick, taking less than an hour to complete and get our team up and running.

One of the standout features is how simple it is to manage and maintain remote and geo-distributed teams. The platform provides excellent visibility into device compliance and access control, making remote workforce management seamless and secure.

KiteCyber is also highly cost-effective, delivering robust functionality without the high price tag. Another huge plus is that it requires no formal training — the intuitive interface allows our team to start using it right away.

While our overall experience with KiteCyber has been very positive, there are a few areas where improvement would enhance the platform even further.

The reporting dashboard, although functional, could benefit from more customization options and advanced analytics for deeper insights. The user interface is clean and simple, but at times, certain advanced settings can be slightly hidden or less intuitive to locate.

One area we’ve noticed some delays is in the rollout of new features from the product roadmap. While the core functionality remains strong, faster delivery on planned updates would help keep pace with evolving needs and industry trends.

One of the biggest benefits is how it simplifies employee onboarding and offboarding. We can easily provision and revoke access, wipe devices remotely when needed, and enforce security policies — all from a central platform. This has significantly reduced manual effort and the risk of human error.

We’ve been using the platform for ZTNA, URL/App controls, and MDM, and it’s been a smooth experience. It’s feature-rich but easy to use, which made setup and daily management simple. ZTNA gives secure access without hassle, and the URL/App controls let us manage web and app use with ease. The MDM features are solid—device setup and policy enforcement are quick.

What do you like best about Kitecyber?

Kitecyber stood out as a single product that is able to replace multiple point solutions. It was very easy to install even without having any security expertise in our team given that we are UI/UX design focused company. We use it for onboarding/offboarding of employees and getting the required security controls for compliance. It integrated very well with GRC solutions like Vanta. What do you like best about Kitecyber?

Kitecyber gives us a single, easy-to-use dashboard to protect our devices, apps, data, and users. Having all our business context and risk insights in one place makes it much easier to assess and respond to threats quickly. The platform’s modular design is a huge plus-we started with Device Management, Compliance Automation, and passwordless ZTNA, and are now adding the Data Security module as our needs grow.

Integration was seamless; Kitecyber fit right into our IAM and existing workflows with minimal effort. Even without a dedicated in-house IT team, we’ve been able to automate major IT, compliance, and security tasks. The cost savings are real-we’ve reduced tool and operational overhead by around 60%.

Onboarding was a breeze and could be done entirely over a Zoom call, which saved us a ton of time. The Kitecyber team has also been incredibly helpful, especially with completing Third Party Risk questionnaires. They’ve truly become a trusted, long-term cybersecurity partner for our business.
