"Enterprise-level endpoint security that's perfectly right-sized for a growing services company"
What do you like best about Kitecyber?

Kitecyber has been very useful for us at Nester Labs. What I appreciate most is that it brings several security capabilities into one system instead of forcing us to manage multiple tools. Things like device management, secure access, and data protection are handled in one place, which keeps operations simple for a small but distributed team like ours.

We also deal with sensitive customer IP and have team members working from different environments, including developing regions. The ability to enforce device level policies, protect data directly at the endpoint, and control access regardless of where the device is located has been particularly valuable for us.

Another practical benefit has been how quickly we can onboard new devices. Rolling out security to new laptops or remote team members takes minutes, which is important for a growing company that does not want to maintain a complicated security stack. Overall, it strikes an outstanding balance between strong security controls and operational simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kitecyber?

Honestly, there's very little to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding All-in-One Security Platform with Responsive, Flexible Support"
What do you like best about Kitecyber?

I’ve been using KiteCyber for almost six months, and I can confidently say its DLP, UEM, SWG, and ZTNA capabilities are outstanding compared to other solutions on the market. Honestly, I haven’t been this satisfied with any other security solution before.

The KiteCyber team has consistently been polite, professional, and genuinely supportive. Whenever I run into an issue or need help, they respond quickly and provide timely assistance. Their responsiveness and clear dedication to helping users really stand out.

What I appreciate most is having multiple critical security capabilities—such as MDM, DLP, SWG, and ZTNA—integrated into a single platform. This unified approach makes day-to-day management much simpler and noticeably more efficient. I also value their flexibility: whether it’s meeting reporting requirements or handling specific client configuration needs, the KiteCyber team is willing to customize the solution accordingly. That level of adaptability is something I don’t often see in other solutions.

On top of that, the platform keeps improving. It feels like there are updates and enhancements almost every week, which shows a strong commitment to innovation and ongoing product development.

Overall, KiteCyber has been an excellent experience for me, both in terms of the technology and the quality of support. The KiteCyber GUI is also impressive and easy to use, and it’s straightforward to access the KiteCyber Console. I also feel it’s secure because console login is authenticated through my official email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kitecyber?

It’s hard to say much right now, since KiteCyber doesn’t currently support Android. However, Android support is on the roadmap, and the Android MDM functionality will also be available from KiteCyber in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform with Strong Visibility and Control"
What do you like best about Kitecyber?

What I like best about Kite Cyber is the ability to manage multiple critical cybersecurity and compliance functions in a single platform. Most tools in the market are very siloed — you typically need separate solutions for SaaS application visibility, compliance management, and data loss prevention. Kite brings these capabilities together in one system, which makes it much easier to understand and manage risk holistically.

The SaaS application management provides clear visibility into what applications are actually being used across an organization, which helps uncover shadow IT and potential exposure points. On top of that, the compliance management features help map security posture to real regulatory and cyber insurance requirements, which is extremely valuable for firms that need to demonstrate compliance. The data loss prevention layer then adds another level of protection by helping identify where sensitive data may be exposed or improperly handled.

Having these capabilities integrated into one platform significantly reduces the complexity of managing multiple security tools while still giving strong visibility and control across the environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kitecyber?

One challenge we experienced early on was that the proxy component conflicted with certain applications in a few environments. This created some initial friction during deployment. However, the Kite Cyber team was very responsive and worked closely with us to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly. They were proactive in addressing the root cause and ensuring the platform functioned properly afterward.

Overall, while there can occasionally be edge cases depending on the client’s environment, the support and responsiveness from the Kite Cyber team has been very strong whenever issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional User-Friendly Security Solution with Powerful Tool and accuracy"
What do you like best about Kitecyber?

I had a great experience with Kitecyber; it's the best solution in the market. The UI is clean and easy to understand. It includes SWG, ZTNA, and DLP options and works on iOS, Windows, Mac, and Linux, making it suitable for any organization size. The support is top-notch, much better than for other products. It's easy to understand and deploy, responds quickly to threats, and allows report downloads. I appreciate that it doesn't require a server because we can run it with a console. It meets all my requirements, especially with pre-modules that make things really easy. It's powerful as well as easy to work with. The setup time to understand was like 5 minutes, and I could do it myself in about 2 minutes. It's my favorite and top priority among many solutions I've worked with. What do you dislike about Kitecyber?

I wish Kitecyber could work on Android. It's not a major issue for my organization, but it would be nice to see one product handle every OS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also appreciate its ease of setup and that it provides defense-in-depth across devices, SaaS, email, and networks, ensuring comprehensive data security in hybrid environments. "Lightweight, Powerful, and Built for Modern Teams to make Endpoint Security Surprisingly Simple"
What do you like best about Kitecyber?

We've been using KiteCyber for several months now, and it has quickly become a cornerstone of our security stack. The standout benefit is how effortless the onboarding and setup process was, our entire team was up and running very quickly, with zero training required thanks to the clean, intuitive interface.

KiteCyber consolidates multiple security capabilities into a single lightweight platform, from device compliance and secure access controls to intelligent web filtering and DLP. This provides complete visibility to control across of our distributed workforce. It's especially well-suited for hybrid and remote environments, with seamless support for geographically dispersed teams.

What really sets KiteCyber apart is its balance of simplicity and depth. The built-in productivity filters and policy management tools are easy to configure, yet powerful enough to handle complex use cases. The zero-trust network access feature (a modern replacement for legacy VPNs) has been particularly useful in securing internal applications without adding friction.

Lastly, a big shoutout to the support team, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kitecyber?

While we’d love to see more customization options in the reporting module and slightly quicker rollout of new features, these are minor gaps in an otherwise rock-solid platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive yet robust security software"
What do you like best about Kitecyber?

KitCyber has been extremely simple for us to install for end point security. The built in device management and custom security rules for users has been extremely useful. In addition to protecting from cyber attacks, the software also helps us maintain a productivity level filtering of websites, which is an added bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kitecyber?

We started using KiteCyber more than a year back, in early 2024. At that time certain old OS were not supported well. However the team was very helpful to install software and fix issues within days and help. I do understand that now with new deployments we have not faced such issues.
