Kissflow allows users to automate and create more efficient workflows with limited technical expertise, which is particularly valuable for small- to mid-size organizations with limited IT resources. You can do most things without any knowledge of coding or other more technical concepts; you only need a basic understanding of logic to use the platform. If you have someone on your team with technical skills/knowledge (even basic knowledge) like basic HTML and some familiarity with working within databases, you can use that basic knowledge to expand the tools available further & build quite complex systems within an abbreviated timeframe. There's not much I dislike about Kissflow. There are small things that might be improved or additional features that would be handy, but the team is constantly innovating and releasing new & helpful features. * supports Google Workspace integration (syncyng users and groups)

* you don't have to be a BPM professional to build new processes and support existing,

Variety of UI/UX issues. When you use a good product you can feel it in some kind of attention to details, in small pieces of your user experience. You don't have to think - why is this control here or where is this button, or how to send a comment in a request, or where I can find processes I've started etc. and so on, and on. It reduces the turnaround time of concerns with manual processes by automating the processes, and it also reduces the use of paper and helps with the safekeeping of documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Kissflow, but not all systems are perfect. It has limits. For example, the integrations, compared to before, have more integrations but still lack. Formulas for automating fields also have its limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new Kisssflow Digital Workspace 4.0 API created for Zapier does not work like the 3.0 API with Zapier. This has caused significant setbacks and frustrations as an existing client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kissflow had great potential, however a lack of support and follow up was a huge struggle. When I could understand what support said, their solutions worked, but often involved screensharing sensitive data. We were forced against our will to be updated (at an additional charge) to a new version, when everything on the old one worked well. The processes involve a lot of back and forth clicking, and the UI does not support right click --> open in new tab. The purchase order form that I was able to create is very easy for other staff members to use, plus I get notifications when a form has been filled out... and I have a record. Kissflow customer service reps were very helpful with any questions that I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
