Another key point is the possibility to configure different role/profile with different view/action during every step of the process that you are creating. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** Nothing because the product reached all the key point that we fixed before the purchase. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** Draw the WorkFlow on paper and than implementing to KissFlow **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I created a workflow to manage our company's administrative rehabilitation process, from the first contact with the costumer until the flast day of rehabilitation programmed. We reached a lot of benefit because we eliminated the usage of paper during al the process. ### 2. I think all kind of fields should be included in generated pdf report. But not everyone should be able to generate such document. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** Go for it. We are able to have higher ups see what we're buying so they can approve or deny. It has also allowed us to analyze employee spending via reimbursements and company cards in a detailed way that has enabled us to cut costs. Also, we have asked that everyone puts a detailed amount of information on every submission so there isn't any more back and forth when trying to find information for accounting. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** On occasion, when there is an issue with Kissflow, the app team doesn't respond fast enough to the issue. Also, they weirdly have you call them to talk it through when, in my experience, giving directions over the chat has worked perfectly fine. **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Kissflow, we were constantly emailing employees to approve invoices and then sending them to their supervisors for higher approval. Additionally, we were asking for specific details so we were able to book invoices and expenses correctly. In Kissflow, everything is within the PR submission. And if there are any issues, we can push it back to the submitter to get more info. The other big perk is that a number of expenses are directly attributed to customers and we can note that very easily in Kissflow submissions. ### 4. We have been able to successfully distribute the work to create workflows because of this. Accessing data through the API is easy. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** The product is a bit rigid. Working with a global audience, there are some things that create slight struggles for us, but everyone's needs are different. Examples: 1) System clock is 12 hour and cannot be set to 24 hour. 2) When opening multiple tabs, the tab headers do not tell you what's in the tab like a regular website **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an easy workflow management tool. In addition, you can configure Kissflow as you see fit for your work process. The design of the Kissflow application is original, intuitive and simple to manage without problems. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** In many occasions the program is blocked and does not let you follow or modify things, to solve it you have to exit and re-enter and this sometimes proves that the changes generated are not saved. In some processes that we use the program do not just work quite well. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** If I would recommend Kissflow to other companies or people because I think it is a very useful application and it helps you a lot when it comes to following a series of established processes and being able to have a good fluid communication between workers. **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Follow a specific process that helps us have more control over activities Since we started working with Kissflow in my company, it has helped us a lot to be able to follow an established process without skipping any steps and with the option of establishing approvals of those responsible. Integrations are useful. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** It would be great if you added new tools or features. For example, instead of having to integrate with Zapier and setup a manual connection to a Google Sheet, it'd be great if that was a built-in part of KiSSFLOW. Good tool but hasn't been improved on since we started using it that I can tell. I'd expect improvements or maybe a discount in the price. I also think the billing is odd. They send a bill when it's due and remind you to make payments a couple days later. It would make sense to bill 30 days before the bill is due like every other vendor. Or just auto renew with the CC on file. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** Good tool. Can get complicated when you try to integrate with other tools and send data back to Kissflow. I like the simplicity of designing apps and creating workflows. Web-based interface is easy to use and a normal non-tech user can design workflows with minimal training. Another characteristic is integration with Azure AD. Since most organizations nowadays are using Office365 and integration directly with Azure AD helps companies use same identities with KissFlow which makes end-user experience better. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** Since we are moving from SharePoint, most of our old workflows are based on tables and you have to create a separate report to view the data as table. It would be nice to have a default table report when an app is created. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** Support is very good. They help understand your requirement and guide you to implement it. It is also very difficult to change workflows or add new steps, and if someone accidentally changes something in the back end it can completely mess up the entire flow. There is also no way to go back; if there is an error or a change from the step before the step you are currently working on you have to withdraw/discontinue the entire form, re-enter it as a new item, and then push it through manually to where it originally left off. The clarification feature is also tricky, because if an item is stuck in another team member's clarification queue it won't show up in any pulled reports and can easily fall through the cracks. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** KissFlow is a great tool to improve operational efficiency, however the more complicated your process, the clunkier this system is to use, so be prepared for a significant time and resource investment to build out this system if you have a complex internal process. **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** KissFlow has allowed our company to navigate complex procedures that get passed from department to department, which is very helpful. There are pain points, to be sure, but overall this software allows our company to streamline processes more efficiently in order to keep our clients moving smoothly towards receiving treatment. ### 9. Seems to do the job well. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** Understand the way your process flow works. It's easy to get into a trap of over complicating the way it works just to do a simple task. We had a number of revisions done to multiple kissflows as we were blinded by all the possible automation we could do that we ended up bloating our processes just for the sake of saving a couple of seconds here and there. If you can fully provide a step by step "efficient" flow that covers all the essential steps it should tackle then you will be fine. The support website and help chat bar is also good to get familiar with. **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficiency issues across different business areas. Previously there were a lot of manual work (emails, calls, chat messages) to get processes approved and processed in a timely manner. They have really good support service. They help you right away. If you don't have a clear idea about what to put in your app, that won't be a problem because Kissflow has so many apps as an example of a different processes. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** I have had performance issues. That means that for example when a user needs to open more than 3 attachments it takes a lot of time. Also when I want to publish the app, it takes time to publish it. I have done all the recommendations from Kissflow support, but It hasn't resolved the problem. We are waiting for the soon we will be moved to the new platform. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** It is a friendly software. You have many options or many apps to create. Also, you can create yours with your own idea. The support service is really good and fast. If they can't help you through text, they will contact you to explain to you and help you with your app. That's amazing because in one day you can have an app ready to use including many departments as you want. We are excited about the new platform that is coming because that will help us to have our apps running faster without bugs. I can expand the workflow section of each form and quickly see and edit steps and branching paths to attain the desired outcome. The developers have been very responsive to customer requests and new features are constantly being added. Support even helped me with a customization to make reporting easier for our secretary. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** For full automation we need the ability to sync with Google sso, AD, or the ability to send a nightly staff file. To be fair, I haven't asked for the third one yet. I need the ability for a rejected request to still go through other steps; after checking with support I have created a yes/no step for approval and if no is selected the form goes down a manual rejection step where I have to finish it up. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** Expect a few hours of learning and setup to create your first custom form. Take advantage of support chat and ask how to implement your ideas. Like any software deployment, test with a base of future users. Train your admin assistants well and they'll appreciate this product. **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have moved hardware and software purchase orders and requests for data access from paper or email to Kissflow. I can direct approvals, work to be done, and follow up questions in a complex web based on the requester's department, budget codes, and more. We have rolled this out to our 150 person user base to implement their own workflows. They found it very easy to develop their own apps. and it has become a tool we rely on consistently to manage our business processes. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** While it is easy to use, we find that it is difficult to integrate with back office systems. In addition the UI can be a little bit clunky. I think the *Kissflow Group* must streamline the time on which on a certain step a person is allowed to keep the kissflow to themselves and also must have a duration time for the whole Kissflow to be completed I like the fact that it helps make work-life easier esp in the sales and accounting department. No much hustles on having to calculate the / some rates for instance 'VAT', Kissflow automatically gets you there when you click whether if the item is VAT inclusive. ### 14. We have been using this BPMS system integrated with Google G Suite more than 2 years and have more than 70 apps in production. When we had the challenge of choosing a BPMS we saw some other options in the market and we have chosen KiSSFLOW cosidering the quick the ability to easily and quickly to put apps in production without the obligation of having programming knowledge and the relative low cost per user license. The support team is agile and friendly. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** First it was released an improved new version but as we use the first version of KiSSFLOW there is a limitation with the unability to migrate our apps to the new version. This is a major flaw. At least the KiSSFLOW company shoud offer migration services to the new platform! Second is our version does not provide variables to connect to users in the flow steps so if you have a user leaving your company you need to enter in each flow he participated and replace the user name. The report menu (e.g. filters) could be reviewed and optimized for quick user experience (less clicks). The android app runs heavily and slowly. It shoud be the ability to send customized periodic reports (e.g. KPIs) do the Managers. There is no app version control. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** To better understand companie's strategy to release new versions and functions to be able to migrate without concerns. **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Driving our company to BPM and starting to integrate with RPA tool looking at good level of automated processes. It makes really easy to view the workflow activities delegated to you, the workflows you have engaged and the workflows that are waiting for approval from other members. It makes really simple to with the decision-making programmatic replacement method. Also, the user control is made very simple by incorporating G-Suite, which makes it endlessly useful. It makes very easy to recognize where individuals are in the marketing stream as you can easily follow this through workflows. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** Information areas of work duties need a better way to break down, as right now it is hard to have access to it. It works best for workflows without much reverse monitoring, mostly with static workflows. Once the business got setup and trained briefly by our IT organization they have been able to manage the application themselves. This let's our IT experts focus on more critical and complex systems design/solutions. They love it since they don't need to wait for IT to make any changes for them. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** No complaints from business, means no complaints from me! **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** They needed a process to manually process and approve payments outside of our ERP application for things that didn't fit within the ERP system. ### 49. There are specified buttons and using is intuitive. Every action is well described. Moreover, if I would need help there is a useful and helpful support team. They are nice and answer all questions. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** There are some problems with processes, all steps must be done before closing the project. There should be a possibility to skip the steps if something is i.e. not approved. **Recommendations to others considering Kissflow:** Kissflow is one of the best programs in case of process flows. **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are working on a few projects where the information flow is really important.
