Kissflow is a highly customizable workflow management solution, Can be practically used for multiple practical day purposes within an organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The possibility to create different kinds of workflows for every typology of processes and sets additional rules/authorizations. Also you can set every kind of notifications for every actor. You can set workflows with different "if cause" boxes in order to create a different kind of branches of the flow, so it's very flexible. For example, if in a specific process form stage, one specific field is not filled, the process can take another route and inform different actors about this change. In the end, another important feature that I want to mention is the "Reports" section, where you can create in absolute freedom every report that you want to create and export those in Excel or other forms. The feature that my company uses less is the internal chat. We think that it is more useful to use mail/phone calls to clarify some items or our internal software that provides chat. This is obviously our internal custom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had very good support from Kissflow when I was evaluating the product. The solutions engineer allowed me to work through my thought process and gave me extra time to test the product while I worked through flushing out the process with the key stakeholder. After a lot of time invested it became clear that I was using the wrong Kissflow product. That was frustrating. I find the software is limited in aspects of functionality that we needed and would have been helpful. Such as adding a hyperlink to a field and having it be clickable. Easiness of developing new process / make changes in process is great ! User can own their process and no huge budgets for IT people needed any more.

All screens are so user-friendly designed that no training necessary at all.
