Kiddo Reviews & Product Details

Kiddo is waitlist and enrollment software for childcare centers. It replaces the spreadsheet, the inbox, and the phone tag with one system that turns inquiries into enrolled families. Families apply and book tours from your center's public Kiddo page. Kiddo ranks your waitlist automatically by age, schedule fit, sibling priority, and any custom criteria your center uses, so you always know who's next when a spot opens. Automated email and SMS handle the routine follow-up: tour reminders, check-ins to confirm families are still waiting, and offer deadlines. Your staff stops chasing parents by hand. Directors get dashboards, reporting, and Stripe-powered payments for application fees and deposits. Families get their own portal where they can check their status, update their child's information, and pay. A built-in AI assistant helps admins find answers and get work done inside the app. Kiddo works for single-site centers and multi-location operators alike. You can import an existing waitlist, and most centers are set up in minutes. Plans start at $25/month.
