What do you like best about keypup.io?

The platform is quite intuitive to use. The AI feature responds really well to queries, and we could get reports and charts that matched exactly our needs.

Having tried a few other platforms, it was nice to get one where the metrics can be customized - actually created on-demand.

What do you dislike about keypup.io?

It would be good to be able to generate entire dashboards with the AI assistant tool, not just individual insights. But this is quite minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is keypup.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed sets of metrics in our team for digital projects we are rolling out and working on. Due to the specificities of our projects, standard metrics did not give us the visibility we needed.

What do you like best about keypup.io?

We have had a really positive experience working with the Keypup team. They have consistently been incredibly helpful, professional, responsive, and proactive in supporting our needs. Any questions or requests are handled and with a genuine willingness to help, which makes a big difference in a fast-paced environment.

Keypup itself is a fantastic tool that provides valuable insights into our engineering and delivery processes. It has helped us gain better visibility of our workflow, identify areas for improvement, and make more informed decisions based on real data.

What stands out most is the combination of a strong product and an equally amazing support team behind it. The team truly listens to feedback and continuously looks for ways to improve the experience.

What do you dislike about keypup.io?

The little challenge would be the learning curve for new users. Keypup is a powerful tool, but it’s not the most intuitive to pick up initially, especially for those who are more familiar with building dashboards directly in Jira.

There is a bit of a shift in terminology and how data is structured, which can take some time to get used to. It does require a certain level of technical understanding to fully utilise its capabilities. That said, once you get past the learning curve and understand the concepts, it becomes much easier to use and the value of the insights really comes through.

For Improvement, it would be great if we can have:

1. New feature build for automatic notification sent to selected users when certain work items are staying on same lane for over X numbers of days and prompt users to review.

2. Have a flag to display green/amber/red

What problems is keypup.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keypup is helping us solve the challenge of understanding and improving our delivery flow. The flow metrics insights have been especially valuable. They allow us to assess our teams’ flow efficiency, understand where time is being spent (active work vs waiting), and highlight areas where work is getting stuck. What do you like best about keypup.io?

Keypup is extremely flexible in its reporting. Once you get your raw data connected, there is almost nothing it can't do. There is a wealth of tables, charts and other reports available. As Director of a software development team, I use Keypup to report on our work efficiencies to senior managment. Keypup makes this task very simple to produce each week. There is a learning curve to figure out how to build your own insights. However, the Keypup team has been very supportive, and has assisted us with building reports while we learn to set things up ourselves.
