I like that Kantata Professional Services Automation offers accurate financial results and allows the books to be closed within a few days post-month-end. It needs a better phone version application that can be used instead of the web-based version. I essentially cannot use it from my phone. Another issue is time tracking. With our small delivery team, the configuration required a lot of administrative overhead, and many of the features weren’t relevant to our use case. The UX also felt dated and wasn’t very intuitive to navigate. Reporting was a challenge as it was difficult to create reports without our admin or without putting our team through administrative training. Based on our small use-case, the price was too high.
