Kanbu.ai is a modern AI assistant designed to streamline customer support – primarily through a smart web chatbot, but also across other channels as needed. It provides instant, accurate, and personalized responses based solely on verified data from websites, documents, or images provided by the company. The assistant’s communication can be fully tailored to match the company’s tone and style. It is self-service SaaS – no need for technical support. Once implemented, it runs automatically with no ongoing maintenance required (plug-and-play).

**What do you like best about Kanbu.ai?**

We regularly implement the Kanbu AI chatbot for our customers, and overall satisfaction is consistently high. The system reliably saves time in customer support and actively generates new leads. As an agency, however, we most appreciate the analytical capabilities. Kanbu provides us with extremely valuable data on what end customers are actually asking and what information is missing on clients' websites. We also highly rate the interface itself – editing the bot's knowledge base is fast, clear, and highly efficient.

**What do you dislike about Kanbu.ai?**

We have no reservations at this time. The platform delivers exactly what it promises in the B2B segment.

**What problems is Kanbu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, we solve the automation of routine communication and lead generation outside of standard business hours. For us as implementers, it provides a powerful tool for upselling and the long-term strategic development of client websites based on real conversation data.

**What do you like best about Kanbu.ai?**

Customers often ask us before purchasing — which wallbox for which car, whether it is suitable for a specific circuit breaker, or how it all works with the photovoltaic system. Kanbu.ai handles this well, and the team doesn't have to deal with the same questions repeatedly. We also like the regular report — we can see what customers ask most frequently and where the chatbot answered inaccurately. Thanks to this, we know what to add to the website.

**What do you dislike about Kanbu.ai?**

At the beginning, it is necessary to prepare the materials well — the more accurate information you give the chatbot, the better it responds. It takes a while, but it's not difficult and the Kanbu.ai team helped with it.

**What problems is Kanbu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers asked about technical details and product selection even before ordering, but responding outside of working hours or during high demand was not always possible. Now the chatbot responds immediately, and we can focus on more complex things — orders, installations, complaints.

**What do you like best about Kanbu.ai?**

Utima helped us automate key parts of our e-commerce operations at GenX.cz, a brand in nutritional supplements and laboratory tests. They implemented a solution to detect and alert us of unprocessed sample orders, eliminating manual oversight. Additionally, they optimized our internal tools to collect structured feedback from customers and streamlined our admin UI for entering test results. Their UX improvements to our web forms significantly increased user engagement. Thanks to Utima, we now gather better customer insights with less effort, enabling faster product iteration and improved team efficiency. Highly recommended for tech-driven process automation and UX-centric custom software.

**What do you dislike about Kanbu.ai?**

Everything went smoothly. We'd recommend them even for more complex integrations.

**What problems is Kanbu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to eliminate manual oversight in sample processing, gather better-structured product feedback, and simplify customer-facing forms on our e-commerce website.
