**What do you like best about KAMI Workforce?**

KAMI Workforce is a breath of fresh air in HR and payroll. Finally — software that’s modern, simple, and actually affordable. It handles everything from timekeeping to compliance with zero hassle, and the support team is top-notch. If you’re tired of clunky, overpriced providers, KAMI is the upgrade you need.

**What do you dislike about KAMI Workforce?**

I wish it had an inbuilt recruitment module, but it does integrate well with many ATS, so it’s not a major drawback.

**What problems is KAMI Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KAMI Workforce takes away the hassle of managing HR and payroll in different systems. Having everything in one place — from attendance to compliance — saves us time, cuts down mistakes, and makes payroll a lot less stressful.

The Ease of implementation could be a little bit easier. Other than that, its great!

It makes me tasks alot better with the streamlining process.

**What do you dislike about KAMI Workforce?**

Sometimes it can be difficult to use with dual screens. I'm still adjusting to it but I'll scroll and end up adjusting my documents. That could just be user error though.

**What problems is KAMI Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything in one place.

**What do you like best about KAMI Workforce?**

In 36 years of our organization’s existence, the vital pivot of our efficiency begins in our compensation and benefits, having bundy clocks and timecards consumes the most significant money and time; it's definitely the customization which KAMI offered that led us into a new era of digitalization.

**What do you dislike about KAMI Workforce?**

The downside of having a KAMI workforce is having to convert your traditional way (of having sleepless nights, computing time cards and generating manual schedules) into an automated data process which guides your team and other departments into their individual and group progress.

**What problems is KAMI Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It converts our hectic timeline into a soothing breeze. In our industry, time, transportation, and endless papers are all mandatory. It is a must in order for us to compute our time and attendance. Our traditional way even bends our day-to-day operation if we lost a talent- we lost millions. KAMI provides not only the sustainability but also the stability that each company needs in the current era  - we had proven the solutions and it helped our organization during the PANDEMIC. The hard-core process has been converted to  a cost-efficient and cost-effective way

I have been utilizing KAMI Workforce for nearly three years now. While their settings can be quite challenging, their customer service team is always there to assist and guide us through any issues. They are very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to addressing our inquiries.

**What do you dislike about KAMI Workforce?**

I have been encountering a high frequency of system updates, which can be confusing at times especially when it affects the website view.

A seamless process on our monthly payroll calculation
