Sapling has some limited functionalities that we've been able to solve by moving our onboarding over to Paylocity instead. I also found some issues in creating the customized workflows like setting the relative dates and not being able to assign the same customized task to multiple people. I wish to have more customisation on the exit survey questions. Also, fewer bugs, if possible. There are times that I will get forced close while doing the work.
