Justuno Reviews & Product Details

JustUno is easy to use. You can create your account and start collecting opt-ins (whether that be SMS, email etc) within minutes. They provide account managers if needed, but it is totally self serve as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much I dislike about Justuno. I did not have any issues using this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The analytics in advance, testing options really make it stand out from the crowd. Also, it's integration with major email providers make effortless to grow your email list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface could use a little bit of work, but overall nothing major. I think it would be a good idea to reduce the amount of button clicks and dashboards so it is on one page as much as possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Option to choose the level of help from the experts & manage that relationship monthly as needed. Opportunities for customization & design are much more robust than other opt-in platforms or native pop-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are delays in getting previews with the managed plan and it feels like we could just get it done faster if we did it ourselves, but then we'd have to devote more time to it than we really have, so it's a very minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having pop-up's and banners that are both intuitive and responsive to our customer's needs has been fantastic. And an excellent support team to get us started with site optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's certainly a robust platform, so for a small business owner wearing many hats...i would be a bit overwhelmed without the hands-on support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How intuitive and customizable the product is. I like the built-in objects already available when designing popups and website top-of-page banners. Very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the integrations require some troubleshooting. I was having some issues previously with integrating the emails into my mailchimp account, but this was eventually resolved - but did require some assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The prebuilt promotions allow you to easily launch promotions and sales quickly, and also allows you to collect email addresses for customers and potential customers to aid in quickly and effectively marketing to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once you turn a promotion off by a set date you have to remember to turn it back on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about using JustUno is the support you get from the JustUno team. And the ability to use their templates to make our popups stand out but remain true to brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We run a lot of Commerce AI on our site, which can slow down the Just Uno site. But the A/B testing we ran gave us the information we needed to turn off a lot of those popups that weren't working for us, which improved the load time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to make basic lead gen or popups advertising promotions. Powerful rule based and design promotions are possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a learning curve using the rules and making really good looking designs. It's powerful but not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the platform works really well and integrates with all of our services and other software. I think their upcharge for strategy implementation etc was a complete rip-off based on feedback from my marketing team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are paying $1,000 a month for something it should be out of your mind and something that is implemented strategically and not something you have to hold the hand of all the way through. Wish I could have my $3,000 back from the upsell when we first onboarded. Good product tho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of freedom to build your creatives and integrate with several systems. They offer a variety of different engagement options, not just popups but also wheel spins, banners, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a little difficult to learn how to use the builder, and can be finnicky with saving progress and setting up forms. But once you learn the system and how to overcome those challenges, it's so easy to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
