As an user of JustComments, we have been extremely satisfied with the platform. One of the things I like most about JustComments is its ease of use. Adding a comment section to my website was a simple process, and the interface for managing and moderating comments is intuitive and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the areas where JustComments could improve is in the customization options for the comment section. While there are a few design templates to choose from, I would like to see more options for customizing the look and feel of the comment section to better match our website's branding.
