What do you like best about Joy Loyalty?

What do you like best about Joy Loyalty?

A major plus is the customer support. The team has been available promptly to answer our questions and resolve any issues, which has been incredibly helpful. We're very happy with the app and the excellent service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joy Loyalty?

We dislike being unable to subscribe to email notifications from the Shopify app, even after reaching out to support. Since our store email is a group email, many of our employees receive an email for every chat message from the Shopify app, causing frustration. Therefore, we've had to contact our email provider and block emails from the sender's address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
