The recent upgrade did not make this program better, in my opinion. I had some reports that no longer work, and I was very upset about that. It's hard to find time to REDO reports that once worked great. Even the new appearance is not as usual friendly and created a situation where people had to be trained again. I've never understood why updates/upgrades force the user to learn the system anew and why we're forced to do this. No one asked me if the program's updates were necessary and why the view of the system had to change. Very, very frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of my reports don't work now. Don't like the new view either. Why must you make it hard on users???
