It honestly didn’t solve much because it wasn’t really what I was looking for, and it felt like a little too much for me. It was easy to implement but hard to learn. I started losing track of my emails, so I decided to disable it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found Jotform AI Agents to be the most intuitive, pleasant, and easy to use among the five options I visited, with more opportunities to test all the tools. The AI agent was fantastic. I really liked the ease of building the agent, especially in Brazilian Portuguese, which was very important for designing the context. I found it very constructive and easy to create an AI agent, which seemed extremely natural, without errors. The transition to Jotform AI Agents allowed me to use a new attractive tool for doctors and students, as well as to create a linked AI agent. I fell in love. I use my Jotform AI Agents to assist prospective buyers and returning members of my Culture House. The Agent solves my problems with the timing and availability of my hours, as sometimes I cannot respond to everyone in a timely manner, and my agent helps with this. I love the customization features available for my Agent and enjoy the backend structure that makes it work. The training section is minimal yet designed in a way that allows me access to everything without overwhelming my senses. What doesn’t work so well is the fact I receive emails from the automated replies that are sent internally amongst devices from other platforms. For example, I’ll receive an email from Jotform AI Agents about a recent message on Instagram which was an automated message from my business Instagram in response to me sending myself something. I use Jotform AI Agents to reply to my users’ questions about my software. It has really replaced a human worker for me, and it’s much cheaper and more accurate than hiring a person. As far as I have worked with it, the only issue I encountered was with the plan. We are using the free plan, but given the number of students, we need to use the enterprise version.
