What’s especially impressive is how easy it is to set up and integrate with my website and forms. I think the pricing is fair, but it could be better. I say this because I’d probably use it more if I felt it was truly cost-effective. The drag-and-drop builder is really easy to use, even for someone who isn't a developer. I also like the large number of templates and integrations. Recently I've been using the AI features to help create forms faster, and it does a good job suggesting questions and layouts instead of starting from a blank page. Some advanced customisation still takes a bit of trial and error, and a few settings are spread across different menus, so finding them can take a little time. I use Jotform AI Agents because it makes forms much more interactive and interesting for visitors. I love the voice feature where I can choose any language, any voice type, and a gender for the AI Voice Agent. It also connects with WhatsApp, email, and calls, making it rich in features. All of these are available as native features, which make Jotform stand out because I don't have to use 3-4 different tools. I decided to go with Jotform because I got all the features I needed, including conditions, automation, and email, compared to other forms like Typeform and Tally.io. I initially thought Jotform AI Agents would be complicated, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to create an agent. I love that my first agent can speak our native language clearly. The full screen feature, rather than a chat bubble, makes interactions better, and having an avatar that feels like a friend or relative is a nice touch. It's fantastic that customers can ask questions naturally in any language. The agent also meticulously collects customer details like contact and location, keeping the customers happy. I'm still figuring out Jotform AI Agents, and I've got a few concerns. One issue is when I create an agent for one app, I'm not sure if reusing it for another affects the original. There's also a problem with losing leads if a customer doesn't fully submit their info. It would help if partial info was saved even if they don't click submit. Also, if Jotform could improve how it reads and answers questions from PDFs in Malayalam, that would be a game-changer, especially since I have to manually enter Q&As now. Folder management for agents and Malayalam voice avatars could use enhancements too. These improvements would make the platform a lot more useful for small businesses like mine. I was genuinely awestruck by my first experience with the Jotform AI agent. I love the customization and training options. They are intended to save human response time, and sometimes they succeed. They also help unearth important questions that I do not otherwise consider myself. I don't actually love the UI as much, as I would hope to see more humanlike avatars very soon, given current technology. Pricing is okay, but I am considering shifting to Google Forms, since already included with Workspace. Performance has been mixed, with the agent offering confusing responses to at least a few recent customers. The integration options are significant, and setup is really quite simple. I really like using Jotform AI Agents because they work perfectly and have a free tier. It's great since I'm not making much money yet from social media, but I plan to upgrade once I do.
