Kyle has been especially helpful throughout, he’s been responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all my queries. I was on a trial for a few months and, even as a non-paying customer at the time, the level of support I received was outstanding. The team consistently took the time to help me understand issues and resolve questions, which really stood out. For the price point that you get with Joiin, this is an excellent product. It allows simple and easy consolidation with Xero, and I have used this at two different companies to great effect. The support team during some billing issues were super fast and responsive. I also really like the management accounts pack builder, and it made it much more professional that the current packs we had been manually making. The issues with Joiin are more around set-up time, requiring you to make sure everything is coded correctly in Xero first. It is also super sensitive to changes, and breaks quite easily if you make changes on the COA. This then requires active management and feel like the intelligence could allow for more advanced notifications, e.g. "you added this account, do you want me to add it to this area in your packs". The support and development teams are very responsive to suggestions and development improvements are currently proceeding at a good pace. The software was easy to implement with good documentation. The presentation capabilities with regards to branding are currently not fully there with regards to customising cover sheets. The automatic adjustments with regards to currency translation differences need to be filtered to enable the report to look more presentable. We use it extensively because we have a holding company that 100% owns our trading company, meaning two sets of books. Joiin lets us do consolidated reporting and split reporting for the board and for shareholders. We previously had to do it in spreadsheets and it took forever to report. The ease of setup, seamless integration with Xero, and the ability to customise reports have saved us countless hours each month. Overall, nothing major, but room for more polished features would make it even better, such as further customising branded reports, drawing a vertical line separator between company #1 numbers, company #2 numbers, total numbers to improve readability etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Joiin solves the hassle of manual financial consolidation across multiple entities, which we previously handled via cumbersome spreadsheets that were error-prone and time-intensive. By automating data syncing from Xero and enabling real-time consolidated and split reports, it saves us hours each month, reduces errors, and allows faster delivery of accurate insights to our board and shareholders. Joiin literally does all the hard (and medium!) work for you - it almost literally could not be easier and more intuitive to use. it integrates immediately and seamlessly - you can even log into it using your ERP credentials (I use my Xero login). Its functionality in terms of customisation of consolidations and reporting is incredibly powerful. I am working in a business that has just 2 entities, but they are very different and so using Joiin is invaluable... in previous lives I had more than 10 entities so Joiin would have saved hundreds or even thousands of hours, so I wish i had known about it sooner! One other note - customer success at Joiin are extremely proactive and helpful. Absolute pleasure to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Joiin? There are a couple of minor quirks - for example, when I design a custom report (e.g. a P&L) and save it for use in a management report, it works fine - but if I then go back into the report and use it on an ad hoc basis for other purposes, it does not always revert to the original layout and settings as used in the management report. I plan to raise this with Joiin (and no doubt they will fix / amend the functionality in short order.
