Their lack of innovation over the last few years has been eye-opening 2. When they innovate even the most basic of features (think single sign-on) it's an upcharge 3. Support is horrifically bad, not the people, necessarily just their workflow, way of requesting support, and general response time. 4. BEWARE of migrating away from Jobadder; they won't allow you to get your data and still work in the system. We had a very specific date and time when we needed our data for a migration, they decided to do it two days early and cut off our access, my team was left unable to access their data. Stay away; there's better out there at this point. **What problems is JobAdder solving and how is that benefiting you?** It essentially just turned into a basic database ### 2. When they do respond they don't give you the answer, they just email you a link to an article you've already read **What problems is JobAdder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing recruitment projects Managing candidates ### 3. They also sent follow-up messages to ensure that I was understanding. **What do you dislike about JobAdder?** There wasn't a complete resolution.
