Good CRM to capture and coordinate jobs and candidates. From what I understand, despite some limitations it seems to still be better than the competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about JobAdder? 'Skilling' candidates (ie tagging/ coding/ categorising them) is manual and clunky. Often getting missed. This means conducting a narrow search among thousands of similar candidates becomes difficult. Also using helpdesk is often a frustrating exercise. There are a couple of brilliant people, but many who assume you're an idiot who didn't already try the obvious and basic fixes before logging a ticket. It's a database and has a nice LinkedIn integration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about JobAdder? 1. Their lack of innovation over the last few years has been eye-opening 2. When they innovate even the most basic of features (think single sign-on) it's an upcharge 3. Support is horrifically bad, not the people, necessarily just their workflow, way of requesting support, and general response time. 4. BEWARE of migrating away from Jobadder; they won't allow you to get your data and still work in the system. We had a very specific date and time when we needed our data for a migration, they decided to do it two days early and cut off our access, my team was left unable to access their data. What do you dislike about JobAdder? \* Useless email / calendar integration - Google Workplace users need a plugin widget like WTF is this 2010? \* Severely limited field customisation \* LinkedIn integration does not work as advertised \* Posting jobs to LinkedIn directly from JobAdder has reduced functionality which renders it useless \* Try to verify your domain so you can send email directly from JobAdder - it never works \* Support response is by email, 4-12 hours - in other words don't bother. It's really easy to figure out yourself. I didn't have anyone's assistance to introduce me to its features, but I've also used a more advanced CRM in the past, so that might have been the reason. From the reporting side, if I add notes regarding my candidate from the requisition page, they won't be shown in my candidate's profile and won't show up in the reports either. The platform has lots of features and this can be a bit confusing initially as to where you set things up and where that change actually happens in the system. We have been using JobAdder for nearly 8 years now, and apart from providing us with a database that helps our business with efficiency & storing our data securely, they are always one step ahead of the game in regards to technology. Nothing at this stage, a few features we needed were not included in the platform for the first few years, but as time has gone on JobAdder had addressed all of our needs and developed them into features we could only have dreamed of.
