What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The data-centric development approach to Vinyl development makes it easy for business experts with technical saavy to implement solutions easily. Vinyl makes every single part of the SDLC easy and fun. The consultants at Jitterbit set an unprecedented bar of professionalism and expertise. What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

No code branching or source control makes selling it to IT Leadership challenging. From a developer perspective though, it is rarely an issue, given how easy Vinyl is to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Private agents should be used only if you really need them. If you can just stay with cloud based integrations, that is better.

What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit makes integration with Salesforce easy. I've been using Jitterbit for almost a year now and everything works smooth.

"Vinyl is a powerful platform, with a few caveats"

What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Vinyl's secret sauce is its ability to connect to many different data connections and bring them into a single streamlined interface. Using one IDE for links to APIs, SFTP, Veeva, etc., has increased our speed and flexibility in delivering complex solutions.

The Vinyl model of unlimited Apps/unlimited users has also been great. It has given us the capability to deliver many great projects in Vinyl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Vinyl has a learning curve, but nothing is more extreme than any other platform. However, some features are not intuitive and are not always fully documented. In hotfixes and significant upgrades to the platform, there have been changes to features/controls in the IDE that weren't communicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Vinyl to fill in the white space in our Enterprise environment. Vinyl can often bridge the gap between two Apps that wouldn't normally communicate or augment an app to develop additional features that aren't available. "Great Integration Partner"

What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit simplifies the creation of integrations between multiple data points. We were able to start integreating data points the first day of implementation and have multiple integrations that run multiple times a day without issue. While the majority of the integrations can be created without an issue, the occasional integration may be more challenging, in those situations, JItterbit's support team is amazing and extremely supportive and helpful in resolving issues. I have worked with Jitterbit on multiple levels, first as a user, then the administrator, and now as the executive sponsor and at each level Jitterbit has delivered. "My Experience with Jitterbit"

What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The ease of connecting apps. It's an easy way to send data to Salesforce without using a lot of SF's old or complex syncing tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Well it's gotten much better, but there was a time when creating and using the operations was a headache because sometimes the mapping would break, errors would be really hard to decifer, and it took a crazy amount of time for large projects. But it's gotten faster, the mapper seems easier, and things are better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowing me to connecting my SQL Server data directly to the objects I want in UA or Production Salesforce orgs, which is great.

It saves me from having to write an application, consume some API from SF and send and validate that my data has been sent to SF. All of that is handled through Jitterbit, and it makes it really easy to have control of data on both sides of the sync.

What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Our companies partnership with Jitterbit has been nothing less than awesome, they have scaled our operations in ways we did not see possible without an interface such as the product they offer us.
