This allows information from disparate systems to be presented easily in one place and enables integration with any number of legacy or third-party systems. **What do you dislike about Jitterbit?** In the past, the front-end page design look and feel wasn't quite as customizeable as desired. However, new capabilities are added with every framework upgrade, and the ability to easily apply themes and design aesthetics is constantly improving. **Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:** In order to get the most from Vinyl, I'd recommend engaging the vendor and your business with a team that's responsive to change and capable of inspiring this in others. With much of the traditional software development life cycle rigidity removed, we need to bring others down the fast lane with us as we move ahead. **What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Vinyl, we've gotten to minimum viable product for applications in a couple months instead of 12+ months! That has allowed us to replace legacy systems which didn't grow with our business and which limited our responsiveness to change. Some of these include new apps for: - Managing custom "Made to Measure" garment orders - Garment Alteration management - In-Store Task Management - Enhanced In-Store Item Inquiry With Vinyl, we've been able to respond to changing demands of the business with new apps and updates to apps in weeks or months instead of years. ### 5. I generally get my issues solved in a week. Once we had a high priority issue where three of the jitterbit team members worked with us for four hours continuously. The development console is intuitive and can be trained easily. We've been using Jitterbit about 3 years now and I still thoroughly enjoy the product. I think what I like best is the modular approach which has saved me tons of time with maintenance and process changes we've needed to make over the years. The service has been great too. Has always been responsive and knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about Jitterbit?** I honestly can't come up with something I dislike. Documentation was helpful and I referred to it quite often to learn the Jitterbit scripting language and the on-boarding training classes helped us get up and running quite quickly. Licensing by endpoint can get tricky, but Jitterbit has proved to be very accommodating and understanding of our needs and business practices. **What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Jitterbit in a plethora of ways... To sync and move data between Oracle and Salesforce (both ways), to connect to another systems API interface and pull data into our data lake, to pickup files dropped off from various vendors for us to ingest, and to stock our Data Lake with data from various places. We have realized 50% faster load times, 75% less time spent on maintenance process changes, and wide adoption across our institution. ### 11. I can't say enough about the capabilities we've been able to use to simplify our workflows, speed up syncing between platforms and ultimately provide the experience we expect to deliver to our customers. All without having to have full-time developers on staff or on call. our BA's are able to set up and maintain the integrations without in-house delvoeper. The available training resources and access to the Jitterbit team have ensured that we have had ZERO days down related to integrations since go-live in January of 2018! We looked at other integration platforms and found Jitterbit to fit our needs the best when we weighed cost, support, and flexibility. **What do you dislike about Jitterbit?** our other integration platforms aren't as easy. **Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:** We love the flexibility of the product and the resources to support development. **What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've done integrations from our non-API Ecomm platform, multiple other non-ERP environments that we need to have real-time connection and updates with NetSuite and the platform, along with some email to order integrations that do ETL. The ability to build more complex logic into the mappings is a huge bonus. When I've had questions on how to best accomplish my needs support has been very responsive and knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about Jitterbit?** More pre-built templates are always a good thing, but I had the major ones that I needed for our mission critical integrations out of the box. **Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:** Definetly consider support, flexibility, ease of use and the future roadmap of all vendors. We evaluated several platforms before landing on Jitterbit. **What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We selected Jitterbit as our integration platform at the beginning of our NetSuite implementation based on our portfolio of applications. This tool allowed us the flexibility to perform complex transformations - simply and intuitively. As another reviewer referenced - we are also utilizing the ability to call a saved search in NetSuite directly from Jitterbit and transform the results to meet the input requirements for other systems. This has been extremely useful by letting certain NetSuite users (with access to the saved search) the ability to modify the criteria as needed. The ability to create and reference complex text files was a critical requirement for our operations and JItterbit handles that easily. The stability of Jitterbit has been exceptional over the past 22 months we have been live on NetSuite and we are calling hundreds of operations daily to pass transactional and entity data between NetSuite and our other platforms. I highly recommend Jitterbit for anyone considering an iPaaS that integrates easily with NetSuite. ### 15. The product is designed to be light weight making it a very agile platform. **What do you dislike about Jitterbit?** The ability to full audit changes in the platform is a something that i would like to see in more depth, there is enough to understand the changes at a high level to medium level. **Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:** It is quick to install, and build out your first project, and with more connectors coming to the platform, this will make it even quicker than it is. The user interface is easy to understand and self serve, enabling you to control end to end of an integration. In the past, support and documentation were not Jitterbit's strong points but in the last couple of years all my interactions with the company have gone extremely well - their investment in this area has really got results. **What do you dislike about Jitterbit?** The testing function does not fully support processing of very large data files, which is the mode that several of our legacy customers are still using. This does give rise to some additional work in the development and testing process while we work round this limitation. **Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:** Take the time to consider the depth of scripting expertise that you might require of your Jitterbit developers. We're regularly finding ways to solve problems and provide answers using Jitterbit. When we first started using Jitterbit, our team found it easy to use. However, when we ventured into our first complex project, we decided to utilized Jitterbit's professional services team to assist us. The experience was positive one. Since the very beginning, we've always been pleased with Jitterbit's training, support and professional services. Fortunately we came up to speed quickly and were able to move forward on our own. However, it's reassuring to know that Jitterbit's support team is ready and willing to help when needed. **What do you dislike about Jitterbit?** There's not much to dislike about Jitterbit. We found that there was a bit of a learning curve, especially since this was our first integration platform / iPaaS but it wasn't difficult and certainly not complex. We've found that someone with basic sql skills was easily able to become proficient with Jitterbit. Someone with no previous sql or other database experience may have a more difficult time with it. With relatively little time, we were already able to certify one of our employees on the Jitterbit platform. **What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrating our systems of record with our systems of engagement has been the greatest benefit.
