There are really no down sides to the Jervis Systems. I absolutely love all the features, but if I were to select one thing, I would say being able to have the pin number be the last four digits of the customer's phone number. It's really important to me for security that guests have unique codes to access the property, so that they're locked out after checkout. It sounds insane and dangerous to me that some Airbnb hosts have the key code for all guests coming and going.

I use IGMS for my Airbnb management and every solution I tried before Jervis either didn't work, or required some salesperson to talk to first. Jervis was the only one that would allow me to quickly sign up, connect my locks, and set up my properties to automatically generate unique codes for each guest, for a no-brainer price.

If there's an issue with individual codes being created, or if I need to check my integration, support either sends out a bunch of automated emails, or their team writes if there's some kind of big update

And whenever I have a question, their support team replies quickly and kindly, even when some of my questions have been kind of dumb.
