**Describe the project or task JeremySaid helped with:**

Hired Jeremy to work on company Hubspot and Salesforce sync issues.  Hard to keep him on scope, he kept getting into other areas. Eventually he stopped communicating and did not finish the work. However he charged fee up front based on his audit which was free.  Kept having unprofessional communication with team regarding personal issues as excuses for not completing the work.

**What do you like best about JeremySaid?**

We had high hope that he could help with our data and process problems.

**What do you dislike about JeremySaid?**

Poor communication, then ghosting us all together. Overpromising and underdelivering across the board. Did not update scope or tasks compeletion docs.

**What problems is JeremySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We realized that we need to be more prudent with hiring CRM consultants. Keep them focused on scope and define deliverables.
